I've noticed that my Archilles will only Ache after a few days of rest (thus actually revealing how it's doing) - I swear if you exercise everyday you won't feel any pain, even if you're over loading it.
and then that's when it will randomly tear.

@@ekzedex yea I haven’t felt the pain in so long all you gotta to is stretch every day in the morning, before u play and before you go to sleep make sure you stretch for 15 min too

@@637jackyy it’s most likely Achilles’ tendinitis, stretch it and massage it gently and rest for a couple of days, but it could be a tear too
I’ve seen some sources say stretching might actually make it worse
How about a massage ??
