Great video! A note about memory limit warning that you have seen in the 3D view: this is a limit set by QGIS (the default 200 MB is quite conservative) to make sure 3D scenes do not overwhelm the graphics card. One can go to Options dialog > 3D tab > Graphics Memory, and increase memory limit per map layer to 1000 MB or even more. Otherwise 3D views will use the relatively small limit and the 3D scenes will not show full detail.
By the way, one does not need a powerful graphics card to use 3D tiles (even the Google Photorealistic Tiles) - most of the time the datasets are optimized so that the meshes are geometries work fine even on low end graphics cards.

Amazing tutorial, I try to ad the scene for Amsterdam but I don't get the layer when I add it, I try to change the coordinate system but still not showing the layer. What might be the reasons?

To create 3D tiles of buildings in the cesium format, you need to use a tool that can convert your source data into 3D Tiles. One such tool is Cesium ion, which is an open platform for tiling and hosting 3D data. You can upload your 3D buildings to Cesium ion and it will automatically tile them into 3D Tiles. Cesium ion supports various formats for 3D buildings, such as CityGML, KML/COLLADA, and glTF. You can also export 3D Tiles from ODM/WebODM, so then your starting point is drone images.
