Vandenberg song with "new"singer Peter Strykes, there was only talking about some demo tapes of new songs, but never mentioned a videoshoot to introduce Peter. Finally here it is.
I like this song, Peter is a very good singer too. I hope more songs of this demos with Peter will pop up. Maybe Adje will release it someday. Reminds me of a Noiseworks song.

Just downloaded Adrian Vandenberg's new song 'A Number One'! Totally awesome, the guy is a genius! Trademark Vandenberg solo in it too of unworldly class! Vandenberg's found a killer singer and he blows this gay dude Strykes to shreds. Heerink used to be decent in the early days but sucks the big one too these days, judging by the crap he's done the last 25 years. Adrian RULES! A NUMBER ONE!!
@peterstrykes Eehhmm.. why don't you try to get the tunes on your computer and upload them, or ask Dick Kemper yourself because you know eachother. To be honest i cannot wait to hear the songs.

I believe it was one of his Fernandes prototypes which got white graphics inspired from a jacket he had, and some pink squares added :) Used in the video for "Here I go again"

Love Vandenberg. This is a good song and singer is very good, but this is not Vandenberg. Guitar is not even the 'backbone' of the song. Song sounds like Survivor or a tune for a generic 80s movie soundtrack about 'beating the odds' or 'getting the girl'. Soloing is good, of course.
This sounds like another Dutch band, Zinatra. Probably the worst Vandenberg song I ever heard. :P Not that it's extremely bad though, but way too much pop instead of rock.
