@rickastley2.0793 Lucky servers sometimes ping can be around 60-70. Usually, my ping is around 125 as well, so it depends on the server and how good your wifi is. Using a VPN could also lower your ping. Also, closing every tab or any software you aren't using that are open too. Hope this helps !
