Hello, I have a eken H8r camera and use the EZ icam app on my ipad mini and iphone 6s. Connecting isn't the problem. I can find the photos and videos but I can't download it on my pad or phone (in the cloud). How do I do this? Hope to get an answer!! Thanks.
Hi there. Thank you for getting intouch. Can you not download them directly to the devices and then send them to the cloud from the device once they have downloaded

My Acme VR06 is meant to be used with this app, apparently. However the video feed slows things down to the point where pressing record or stop record will result in a 20s delay before it registers.
Hey Thanks for checking out the video :-) Hmmmm that doesnt sound right! Have you tried any previous versions of the app to see if you get the same issue at all? Im thinking could be an update issue
@@MMBTechTV I think my phone's wireless bandwidth is being exceeded while also connected to home wi-fi. Though even when not connected to home wi-fi, it'll still have choppy feed and I'm only 2 meters from the camera. If others aren't seeing this, It's probably the camera's fault.
My H9r refuses to connect to my Note 8. I found the device wifi in my connections, but it never actually connects. It rarely ever connects, and when I disconnect I can't get it to reconnect after. It's an incredibly weak connection and I have no idea how to make it more reliable. My phone will say it's on the device wifi, but the app won't actually connect. I don't understand this. It also says it lost connection with my phone still connected. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no change.
Hi thank you for messaging. Does the camera software need updating at all? It may be worth trying to contact the manufacture of the camera. Is this app the camera company have recommended to you or do they use a different one?
@@MMBTechTV They created a support ticket but haven't followed up on it yet. My phone was just updated, so that might have ruined the compatibility of the two devices.
Ahhh could be possible. It maybe that they need to update the app in order for it to work correctly. Have you tried any other app to see if you get the same issue?

Hi. From your video I have the same view up to 3:09. After that I don't see anything of what you are talking about. I have only 3 icons on the bottom of the app screen - devices, video editing, account. If I touch "connected" I am getting a mesage asking to turn wi fi on camera (which says wi fi connection ready on it's screen).Tried from my Moto g5s plus, and Moto z2 force. Can you advice some tips?
Hmmmm that is strange. What camera are you using with it? I have a feeling it may be because of the type of camera you have, as it might be different to the one I use.
MMB Tech TV Thank you for your attention. I fixed the problem. Just uninstalled, reinstalled couple times. The last time I did that it took longer then previously. Maybe it wasn't fully downloaded....Thank you anyway. Everything is fine now.
hi mmb tech, im having some trouble with this app, ive followed the steps and ive used the recomended app (ez icam) however when i press connect to wifi on the app i get this message "For Android 6.0 and above, please turn on location services before connecting to the wifi, the only trouble is location services is on hoever when i checked version it said i was running version V5.4.2 so if you know anything i could do that would be great, im using a Chromebook which is basically a tablet with a keyboard along side with the GoXtreme Endurance 2.7k camera, thank you.
Hi thank you for checking out the video. Have you tried removing the app and reinstalling again? It should work fine on a chrome book, as I’ve never heard any other issue with it before. Or it could be that some action cameras will only work with their recommended software.

i have problem with the connession, is the same as the video, after that i connect it at the wifi, i show me back the starting screem, with the only options to connect it at the phone, without founding him. i try to restart the camera, re-download the app, connecti it with regular wifi, it doesn work, you know why?

Your welcome. Hmm ive not really experienced any other issues with this before. I couldnt tell if it was the handset or not. The watch i use is the Kingwear KW18 with my android device and i would normally follow the steps in the video. I would need to look deeper into why its not working for you.
i have the same problem with iphone 5s. I found the camera in my wifi settings . When i push connect in the app it says connection error, i dont know why
I have the same problem. Using a Google pixel. Everytime I try to connect it errors out lost connection.
the audio record is can change to smart phone microphone?

How do I delete a video taken on the ez iCam app?
HI Dylan. When you load up the app click the gallery button at the bottom left. Keep your finger on the image or video you want to delete. Once u have done that you can select multiple ones. Look at the bottom left the is trash image. Just click that and then its done pal.
So how do you make it get past "Connected"?

Unfortunately no, it's only a local wifi signal, which only allows to connect the camera and the smartphone together.
Why does it have a "Live" button for other phone and mine doesn't?

Thank you for getting intouch. Go to your account and you will be able to see videos and photos. They should automatically show up in the photo and video gallery.
I have a problem with the video..when i download the video, the sound does not come out..its silent..
Hi Mohammad thanks for getting intouch. Have you tried accessing the files using another file manager app. I have done that before and that seemed to fix the issue. :-)
My pics only show up, how do I find my videos?
Hi Scott. Thanks for getting in touch. On the main menu of the app click on the round picture icon at the top right of the screen. Then you will see three options in the top middle. Picture, video and 360. You should click the middle one to display your videos.
If that doesnt work, i would try deleting the app and reinstalling the app and trying again. Let me know how you get on :-)
My camera won't connect gre
Hi Chris, thank you for checking out the video. There does seem to be some issues with the app. I have also been having trouble with it. My issue came from when my phone updated to One UI2

Thank you so much for that. I have loaded this onto my iPad now although the reviews I've seen online are almost unanimously very poor. I've also loaded another app called Explorer CACWF to see if it's any better. Can't use it yet because Santa hasn't actually handed the camera over to me!
It depends if you have been a good boy this year. U will have to let me know what the app is like and worth doing a video for.

What do I do if there is a password?
+Andrei Villa Juan during the trail I done I never had to enter a password. The Bopower 4k camera make an open WiFi signal
It’s 1234567890 as a default password. I have an iPhone and that’s what I used

Hi there. I would reinstall the app and try again. That happened to me, as soon as I did that it fixed the issues. Just make sure you have latest update of it too

Thanks for getting intouch. When you go into the gallery on the app you can view them there. Are the videos in the folder on your phone? When you use a file manager you can find them sometimes in the icam folder. Have you checked there?
