Honestly after a day of high volume like this the numbers are a little bit lower. We used to give our elite crossfitters 540-550m on a workout like this, but that's without all the lifting before the session.
I'm currently training to recover from ACL surgery I had 9 months ago. These workouts are perfect for regaining strength and mobility. Great video
