    I'm currently training to recover from ACL surgery I had 9 months ago. These workouts are perfect for regaining strength and mobility. Great video

      Josh Donohoe - buddy, torn my acl, mcl, patella tendon, both meniscus, achilles and calf. Brought my knees and legs back from the dead with stepups, reverse lunges, split squats and leverage squats. Good luck bro!

    Not that I can’t watch the video and find it, but the description in the box leaves out the BB lunges.

    I am just a new follower of your content, and all I got to say is that you guys rock it! Great content! Wish you guys create an in season workout. I play baseball and struggle finding the right workouts to do while I’m in season. Hopefully you guys share some in season training soon! Amazing content again !

    Wow, so keen to try this next work out. You’re a machine. What distance do you reckon a girl should be hitting for 2min?

      Honestly after a day of high volume like this the numbers are a little bit lower. We used to give our elite crossfitters 540-550m on a workout like this, but that's without all the lifting before the session.
