I found the hardest parts disconnecting the intake pipe at the turbo and getting those damn screws to grab for the boost hose

this guy is pulling and pushing like a madman! lube those packings bro! it doen't hurt
consider getting this for mine, i already have the intake. what is the benefit of actually having this? also i enjoy the blow off sound that comes from the intake and this obviously seems to change it slightly

Yes, as long as your engine is a TSI.
Does the dumb valve give more power or just the sound?

Can you put this in the VW moveUP
Unfortunately no, your engine is a MPI (naturally aspirated) which means there is no turbo. Only UP’s with TSI and GTI engines can have this upgrade.
Any data logs to prove gained in power?
No power gain to expect with a bov, then no datas provided by manufacturer.
My friend told me that he’s client loose 15-20% power compare to stock when the polo gt tsi 1.0 got dyno
I don’t why forge are putting such products specification
