Pin badges also make great ornaments. Just use a wide ribbon and make little banners, then attach the badges! Make a small hole for a hook at the top, then hang on your tree!

Loving the haul, I know I would definitely spend too much at the tour! You could put on of those little scarf bookmarks in the trunk decoration if you have one. Also, duplicate pins can be turned into decorations if you can get a hook on them.
My favourite things you got are the jumper, the chocolate frog card decoration and from what I understood they have them with other wizards on them which makes it even more exciting and the snow globe, I love snow globes.
I have loads of HP ornaments but my favourite is the nimbus 2000 which my sister brought me back from Universal, they have all the brooms of course so this is just my first but I think you need it too!
Cherry when you get your Christmas tree you could decorate by book/ movie appearance. what I mean is like with the platform 9 & 3/4 ornaments at the bottom for Harry's first year at Hogwarts, ford Anglia for second year and so on till you reach the top for final year at Hogwarts or something. Just a thought I don't know, it'll be magical either way!! love the decorations they come out with.
You can turn key rings into Christmas decorations. You take off the ring bit off and add ribbon to the ornament part, which you can use on your tree. I have loads on my tree.

If you still have the Harry Potter Funko advent calendar figures, you can glue a ribbon to them and turn them into ornaments. I'm doing that with my 2019 Yule Ball HP advent calendar.

Have you considered turning some of your pins (not permanently) into ornaments by looping a string or small ribbon around one or two of the prongs then putting the backing back on? I think that could work with at least some of them.
Cherry if you are wandering how many ornaments you need for your Harry Potter tree( or to anyone thinking about getting a fun tree) he average is 10 ornaments per foot e.g. for a 4 foot tree 40 ornaments, a 5 foot free 50 ornament etc. A year or two ago I started getting the decorations for a beauty & the beast tree. I have around half dozen official Disney ornaments so far. Even some that light up or play a tune.
Lovely items! I went to Platform store they didn’t have much for Christmas was quite a pity , they did have the Yule ball bag and the 2 glass mugs and that was about it really… love the new items can’t wait to go to the studios again 😍
Saw a post with the Niffler Bauble, the Hedwig one you mentioned, and the also one in gold with Fawkes in it that is also beautiful. Hope you are able to get the Hedwig one this year and perhaps the Fawkes one if you want it.
Everything in this haul looks lovely, - especially Hogwarts trunk and Christmas jumper. Snowglobe is also nice, but I prefer snowglobes without water in it. The ones, filled with water, make all the buildings inside look like ruins of Atlantis.

I made mine slytherin themed last year, made several ornaments handmade ( like a golden snitch ornament, snake ornaments, the hogwarts express, etc)

You can always turn your pins into ornaments for your tree!! They might feel more special that way since you would only see them that time of year!
