personal interpretation: after Soul receives the ability to communicate through dance from above at 00:10 - possibly a metaphor for a role model, inspiration, or higher power (maybe even the Alkaid star from the lore?) - he seems to "power up." the speech coming out of his mouth is immediately translated into dance and he becomes a literal storm of expression as lightning flashes all around him. he looks almost bewildered by his newfound talent, but he follows it wherever it takes him until at 00:56 it finally overwhelms him. burnt out, he "powers down" as he grows weaker and loses the ability to properly communicate. from 01:00 onward, he actually stops speaking through dance (though he is still dancing for the performance itself, of course) and his movements appear more stilted. despite his attempts to be friendly or vulnerable, people either reject him, pretend to help only to take advantage of him, or ignore him completely. lonely, frustrated, and hurt, he breaks down in the end. this could be a story aligned with the lore leading up to his "awakened" (upgraded) powers of omni-communication in UNIQUE, or it could draw from his personal experience as a dancer socializing in foreign spaces. based on how closely the progression of the lore follows P1H's actual career - from their passionate and hopeful debut to their overwork and consequent burnout to their eventual recovery and latest comeback - perhaps it combines the two. or it has nothing at all to do with either lore or lived experience and he just wanted to tell a relatable story through dance. nevertheless, he clearly managed to convey some type of emotion to viewers here and to the audience that was present at the time with this heartbreakingly beautiful performance, and his skill and effort are admirable.
