This man was the first chiropractor I ever watched on RUclips and this is still a top tier adjustment video.

I was literally just thinking, I started watching these videos in 2011-12 or so, and I usually think of Jeff and Gregory Johnson as the 2 O.G.'s of RUclips. However. Ace Thayer created his channel and uploaded his 1st video 1 year before Gregory Johnson.
I'm here on this video trying to find out how long ago Dr. Echols videos are 😂

@@iNeedTwoPur you know I never went back to check who uploaded first. All I know is Jeff and Greg my O.G.s 😂😂😂 like they were my first 2 I watched constantly. Then Ace, Joseph, Dr.Ian, Mondragon .. etc etc

@jiggsupmedia After I made this comment I saw a few more that were around on RUclips before Greg and Ace. I think one was the Lifespring Chiropractic channel.
Dr. David Warwick was one I used to watch long ago.
My favorite one to watch now has to be Brent Binder.

@jiggsupmedia That's a huge surprise, he's a Ring Dinger Chiropractor. He went to Houston with Beau Hightower and they have a few videos together.

That study is called, "Chiropractic: A Critical Evaluation". The author even admits he is "biased or one-sided, but its purpose was to offer a critical evaluation."
That's like asking for a fair opinion about Atheism by getting the opinion of a evangelical minister.
And the author of the study is forced to admit that chiropractic helps with back and neck pain.
If you search around, you can also find positive studies showing chiropractic is effective printed in medical journals too.

A chiropractor is popping it into the right place.
If you try to adjust yourself you can pop it into the wrong place.
Basically what a Chiropractic adjustment is doing is locating bones that aren't in the right place and putting them back where they should go. This takes pressure off the nerves that get pinched when the vertebrates are out of place.

It actually doesn't hurt at all. It's a little freaky the first time you do it but not painful.
If you have ever had a crick in your neck where you couldn't move you neck to one side, that adjustment generally completely get rid of the pain and restores movement in seconds.

I'm dubious as to whether it improves, say, the functioning of the liver or something. However I do know that when my spine is tense, if someone stretches it out manually(Either via a back crack or chiro) it feels 20x better. I don't believe it improves other body functions, but I do believe it relieves osteogenic pain, temporarily. And for some folks with hardcore pain in the spine or shoulders, temporarily is fine enough :)

Please, someone correct me if i`m wrong. The ultimate goal is to eliminate pain in the body. Chiropractic manipulates the skeletal structure, which forces the muscles to relax, reducing/eliminating pain. Physiotherapy manipulates he muscles which in turn allows the skeletal structure to return to it's natural state. I've had both done after a rather nasty football accident and I found that a combination was most effective. Any thoughts?

I crack my back on the desk by twisting my torso on both sides, this provides Temp relief would you recommend this or not?

  • @psychetruth
    @psychetruth  16 лет назад

If you have back pain, life has mis-adjusted your spine. You can leave those bones out of place or have them put back where they are suppose to be.
Chiropractic could be compared to setting a bone which has been knocked out of place.
The spine is also very strong. It would probably take more than 10 times the force a Chiro will use to actually permanently damage the spine.

@ipurba I had to go to the chiropractor when I broke my leg and I got a lot of bones clicked like what he was doing to that girl, Honestely its perfectely safe because what he is going is re-aligning them to their original positions and making adjustments, so if anything your safer after this than before, Chiropractors are well trained to make sure they dont damage the body, also the experience is really really nice, It felt great when the bones were clicked, it felt like a great relief!
