First time I'd noticed the shout out to Profty by wearing one of his bonce warmers. I like how supportive you guys are to each other. Bravo again Robbo
Cheers Mate. Profty's a passionate hunter and you can't help but feel this in his videos. We all have to stand together as it is very hard to keep this sort of content going. Unless it is shared far and wide the whole hunting video scenario on public media will be short lived. Closet hunters that are afraid to wear their hearts on their sleeves do nothing to help I am afraid. We all need to stand load and proud. Thanks again for watching.
@@BoltActionProductions Victoria or NSW?? I’m from southen Vic on the coast and scoring a fellow is almost unherd of here, would love to be pointed in the right direction
Victoria and NSW. There's pockets of Fallow scattered all over. You just need to get out and put the boots on the ground I am afraid there is no other option. We often travel a long way for no result but it is all part of the ground work.
Good times are natural!!! Keep up the good work on the channel!!! Live your work. Bolt action productions and Aussie bush harvest need to get together and make a few videos!! Two great RUclips channels coming together would be fantastic!!!
Enjoyed this one this morning with a coffee mate. One question how to you combat sweat in the cold mornings??Quickdry teeshirt?? cheers legend keep'em coming.
Glad you enjoyed it Sam. I usually run a merino base layer and don't put too much on as in jackets or similar if I know I am going to be getting warm pretty quick. I also use my breathing and sweating as an indication of whether I am hunting a bit fast.
Best hunting / stalking film on the Internet!.... No talking when it's not needed. It lets your eyes do the information gathering like you are actually there during the hunt.... "outstanding"!
Really enjoying the Hunt 21 series. Thanks very much Robbo, a great story every time and really being spoilt at the moment with the frequency of your posting, looking forward to the next episode. Bring on the 50k+ subscribers, you guys really deserve it for your efforts.
Certainly a little unusual with some valleys having Fallow bucks going off their heads while the next valley 500 metres away being totally silent with the deer in there. Thanks for watching mate👍
Awesome trail camera footage, have you shot 180g out of that begara? I have a zastava in 308, tried 150g but terrible grouping but you'd flog the bullseye out at a 100 with 180g, or does 180g ruin the meat??
I have never had any luck with the .308 and 180's. They may be accurate but they don't run fast enough to get them to work at their best on game in my experience. 150's and lower seem to be the best all rounder in all the .308's I've had.
@@BoltActionProductions thank you very much for that, very interesting, you learn something new everyday, ill definitely be taking that on board cheers!!
1) Mad support for Aussie bush harvest 2) Great upload, very very well done 3) Have you two lads considered writing a book on deer hunting/experiences/lessons? My brother Alex, and I both commented on how great this upload was, and how far the channel has come, and how far it may go. Thanks Rob, Cheers Jimmy James
Cheers Jimmy. Profty is a great ambassador for Hunting and always deserves a shout out. I have enough trouble sitting behind the computer editing the videos so no a book is certainly not on the radar at the moment. Always trying to improve mate and it is great to get some positive feedback to keep us motivated. Hunting channels are always on the back foot when it comes to growth. The only way it happens is for others to share as we are limited on the types of Ads RUclips will run on the videos. This limits the growth in comparison to 4wd videos etc. Thanks again for your support.
@@karlullah9798 Boots are a very individual thing and some brands suit some people more than others. The build quality of the Lowas is very good but so it should be at their premium price
Thanks Gary. Rob is certainly the pioneer with Aussie hunting footage on TV and does a brilliant job. It's hard enough keeping this sort of content on RUclips let alone TV. I can assure you Rob has so many restraints that it would do my head in. IMO free to air TV is slowly dying and streaming formats will soon take over. Just my opinion.
Great video. Looks like prime country so beautiful. Easy to watch this video and think how easy it is for a hunt like this, without appreciating the weeks/months of hardwork it takes to get to this point. Let alone having to film it all. Great stuff mate keep it up inspiring!
Thanks Dean. When I watch these videos back I don't know what I was complaining to myself about. It does look easy. LOL. Glad you enjoyed it mate. It is a pleasure to share when I know it is appreciated.
I had no idea that deer was there and had only just turned away after another 15 minutes of waiting and glassing. It was only when I put the footage up on the large monitor that I actually noticed the movement. I actually had quite a chuckle to myself as I literally had no idea.
@@BoltActionProductions LOL not gonna lie I nearly spat out my coffee when I saw it. What a classic! I’ve had deer and foxes slip past behind me too...what can you do but laugh and keep hunting
Exactly mate. I had to look multiple times and zoom in while editing as I couldn't believe my eyes. How many times that's probably happened and I didn't have a camera pointed over my shoulder. Bloody funny.

Great shooting Robbo yeah we were same down here in south Gippsland they never croaked this got 2 good stags off rattling antlers but no croaking at all the hole rut plenty of stags about
Very nice video mate. Love that you caught that deer walking behind you on camera 😂. The camera angle on the kill shot was pretty cool as well. The quality of the camera you're using is top stuff. Loving the amount of content lately. Keep up the good times.
Cheers Joe. I literally had no idea that deer walked behind me until I'd almost finished editing this video. I had a bit of laugh. All your beautiful videos should be into a movie length so we could have a movie night plz keep up and I know at times it can be a pain in the ass but keep up the great work and keep hunting big thumbs up from me
Blimey, you'd be well and truly sick of the sight of me in that scenario. You can go to our channels playlist and they will play one after the other . Thanks again for your support mate.
All cuts of venison depending on animal condition will vary. Certainly a rutting buck is not going to be as good as a velvet spiker but cooked correctly most wouldn't taste the difference.

Great vid. We were there with you. Great result! 👍 just a question..those 150 grain SSTs, is that in a .270 cal? Recommend them over 130s for fallow?
