This is basically my diet, been following it for 5 years! You really did you research, I'm impressed. The longer you follow this diet the better it gets! Really great video, well done. :) I gained 10kg muscle over the course of 5 years on diet like this. Went from 61kg to 71kg. Usually pretty lean about 11% to 12% body fat. I train compounds like squats, and bench press with free weights but I don't deadlift. Lots of body weight HIT home workouts between heavy lifting days e.g push ups, (lots of different variations and angles), pull ups, body weight squats. Maybe workout average of 45 minutes to 60 minutes 4 or 5 times a week. Agility training, stretching/ flexibility training + lots more like long intense walks, cycling etc. All this is maintained on a diet like this, lots of nuts, seeds, beans, lentils for protein, veg, meat alternatives, vegan protein bars, fruit etc and otherwise try to get as many vitamins and minerals as possible throughout the week while staying hydrated and sleeping as best I can. I've never taken supplements. This is whats possible with a diet like this, you just have to do it right! Veganism gets a bad rep because people try it for a week and have no idea what their doing, they eat too much fruit or binge on sugary vegan snacks all day because they don't know what else to eat and thus don't feel well and blame the vegan diet, quit and remember it as something it isn't. If your going to do it you have to do it right! I don't condemn anyone for eating meat/dairy every man and woman to themselves. Hey man, I think the challenge would have been way easier if you inserted more legumes in your diet (beans, chickpeas, lentils, peas, tofu and etc). As a vegan , when I started my journey I focused a lot on my protein intake, but as the time past I realized that a lot of the foods that I consume are rich in protein. For example beans, soy products all the grains. So if you decide to continue with the plant based healthy life style I would suggest that you incorporate more whole grains and legumes, less supplements and processed foods, because then you’ll feel the difference. Also cutting meat out of your diet is really good for the environment. For example, I live in America and live stock ranges take up more than 40% of the land use here.
Would've been smarter to do the skin challenge and vegan challenge separately because the vegan diet might've fixed your skin more than the products and vice versa... Hard to know which did what...
I'm glad you did this challenge, that you ate enough calories. It took me a little over two weeks to get used to the change in diet. I hope in the future you do one for a longer period of time (like 30 days?) so you can truly see other potential changes that can occur. I went vegan Feb 2017 because my mental health (depression) was awful and I was told it would help; it made enough of a change for me to not look back. In the beginning when I was super hungry, even after eating a meal, I ate more healthy fats like nuts and seeds (including their butters) or half an avocado and it would satiate me. Now I've learnt how much fat I personally need to feel satiated after meals so this doesn't really occur anymore.
Hey Browney, love your videos.... can you make a workout for professional footballers for core, legs and thigh. To improve jump and acceleration and sprints..... plz make this video
Good video! Slight difference but to notice muscle loss or maintainance you would have to keep the diet change for a month or so, most muscle can be kept after 7 days without doing much.

Before placing the pancake mixture you should try to put a little oil so that it does not get stuck in the pan.
is it just me or is one of his pecs more defined than his other
Thanks for not giving any negative views, hope you do it for a month! Smashed dat leik👍
Veganism easy, I’ve been living my lifestyle for 5 years now
Do a 30 day challenge with a subscriber I think that would be so interesting!

Pancake fix: blend your protein powder, oats, banana and plant based milk. Cook and add toppings 👍
The biggest reason to go vegan is ethic. The animals. So i would wish, that you talk more about that.
Animals are here to be eaten, what else you gunna do with a pig
@@AW-Luke Well, since pigs are smarter than dogs, you could play with a pig for example?
ruclips.net/video/E7JE8j5Ncmw/видео.html&t
Also cutting meat out of your diet is really good for the environment. For example, I live in America and live stock ranges take up more than 40% of the land use here.
@@AW-Luke true
igor MB pigs are not smarter lol.
Skin looks sooo clear
next by browney: I went vegan for 90 days

I love when you say smash like is that because of an accent or how it's pronounced
I could never go vegan I like meat too much
Haha

2:10 this part got me ROLLING ON THE FLOOR
Amazing! Yeah the body always need time to adapt to new thing :)
If you think vegan food is boring then come to India you will forget meat based food
not everyone likes Indian food mate
I eat indian food. But nah, i love my steak.
pls make a video on how you edit your videos cause yooo transitions are epiccc
Watch "Game changers" on Netflix. It will change your mind about veganism :) 💗
That's vegan propaganda (done by vegans, not objective)...not a documentary.
@@paulinedelhez6239 Scream propaganda at anything you don't like. Everything is biased in some way. Does that make everything propaganda?
Hey Browney,

Nah
Ur body helped me to be motivated and now I have lost from 69 to 52 in two months thank you
How many kcal did you eat or what did you eat
Good video! Slight difference but to notice muscle loss or maintainance you would have to keep the diet change for a month or so, most muscle can be kept after 7 days without doing much.
Whey and dairy are major skin irritants that cause acne too... so cutting them out is good for less zits
