It happened to me too...that experience of overehelming love... Divine love that is ✨🤍✨ It's pure bliss...i could easily become addicted to that. You just feel like falling to your knees and starting to fly ...go up at the same time. It's humbling and uplifting at the same time

Reality of I as an ego is based on reality of Self as awareness of what is. Many thoughts runs through mind all the time and the thought I, central thought, is there because awareness is there without which it (ego) won't exist. So it actually doesn't matter if "you" are not there anymore as You can't be lacking You anyway as you everlasting which is ever present experience

It seems more reasonable from viewpoint of observer. As you let go identifying with thoughts which appear and disappear all the time (you are not thoughts as you, the being, is not appearing and dissapearing and being is constant all the time). So eventually you can't find "you" as a cause of any thought or action. They just coming and going while you are the same you that not going anywhere. That quality that let "you" as a content of mind as a thought be aware of is You as beingness without which it wouldn't be possible. You know mind, mind doesn't know You as it is observed by You not the way around
Also the thought arises spontaneously to move the hand. Once the thoughts eventually stop you will see this all happens without any "you" envolved. The ego will try claiming that it's controlled everything. It's a mind bender and really shocked me when I first experienced it.
You would have to have the thought “I am going to move my hand” which would necessitate “now I am going to think to think to move my hand” which would necessitate “now I am going to think to think to think to move my hand” as infinitum turtles all the way down… A brief examination of your thoughts you will see they happen spontaneously…otherwise we could stop them at will or predict them or not think certain things etc
So this guy spontaneously died and from no cause. But that which formed initially to give rise to the intelligent species has also implemented a time frame to ones demise. Chuckle chuckle. I have no comparison phenomenon for you to justify what I'm saying. it is what it is. touchy touchy, yep, it is the ABSOLUTE truth.

I never got this. If i move my hand, I am moving it consciously. Doesn't seem spontaneous to me.
but if you look behind/step back the "consciously moving hand" you would see that it was spontaneous moving itself.
When you say "I", it's just a claim of ownership. Phenomena occurs spontaneously and something within you claims authorship after the fact.
