Love this series too! Love that you get distracted too! Great information... Learn something new every video. You are a fountain of knowledge... Regardless of what Phil says, lol.
Love this series! Hardest part is determining what ball to use within that practice before a tournament. Watching what I see you doing... throw normal, throw out, and throw in to test your limits and see which balls give you the best outcome correct?
Another great video 🙏🏽. would love to see the explanation video of wet/dry. I’ve learned so much about lane play and ball reactions from you. Thank you so much! They way you explain and keep it entertaining is what makes you the best
My current 3 ball arsenal is a Radical Trailblazer Solid Short Pin, Hammer BW 2.0 Hybrid, and Radical Sneak Attack Hybrid. It’s been working well for me! Loving this series!
You explain things very easily. It is easier for first-time bowlers trying to learn more. I feel like i actually learn something and not just watching to watch.
Love how you talk through the process and what it is you are seeing, it certainly pays to whach your ball motion. I'm the type of guy that just gets out my favorite ball to start the night of bowling and then speed up or slow down depending on how the ball is getting to the pocket and some nights it's looking good but on the nights it's not looking good then I use to sick with it and try to make it work but now I know I need to be looking for the ball reaction that is smooth and controllable and gives me the most error room and hopefully with good pin carrie.
Nick, thank you for this video. Although it's about creating a DV8 arsenal for league, the principals apply to building a league arsenal in general, so it applies to any league bowler regardless of the equipment they have. It can be from three different manufacturers (hopefully under Brunswick), but the same methodology applies. Thanks again!
My favorite ball for challenge type patterns is a DV8 Intimidator Pearl @ 3000. Seems to work on any length up to 45'. Drilled 40° x 3.25" x 35°. Inciter coverstock variations are one of the best additive packages. DV8 is a top brand around here for leagues. Wish they would do more of the low rg with moderate asyms in the intermediate range of the Medusa, Prowler, Warrant, & Creed types. You can see all of those balls still in use on Thursday nights. I use the Creed @ 50° x 3.5" x 30° quite often with its lane shined surface. Currently looking at either the Trouble Maker or Chill for a new purchase.
Great video! Im learning about this myself through practice. I have some really weak on paper balls that hook the lane under the right conditions and the big ball looks like it didnt hook at all burning up so bad
@@brunsnick Thanks for letting me know. I'm fairly new to your channel and just subscribed. The Brunswick and Radical videos were recently recommended to me and I enjoyed them. Keep up the good work.
Right now I am leaning towards Atlas or Hellcat XLR8, Explosion, and Cuda Pearl as my league 3 ball arsenal. Be curious to see side by side the Atlas, and Hellcat XLR8
Ok I like resent video on arsenals . Question that you can help me with I currently have defender solid IQTour pearl the red one. What would be good third ball I am thinking urethane or something else.
I didn’t get a trouble maker because the color scheme was the same as my old ball when I used to bowl. Full throttle by Columbia 300 . Bonus points if you remember it.

Phil wouldn’t know the smarts if he stubbed his toe on the bed post. 😆
Great series. Could you do a three ball episode using 3 balls from different brands. Would like to see how the brands match up with each other.
Sure. Why not.

Comes with experience and knowledge of your equipment limits so you can trust your eyes and your gut instincts when making decisions.

So glad you did this one sir thank you.
Another good one Nick, I always pick up some GR8 information from your videos.
This Brunswick family ball line is quite intriguing. Looking forward to this. So enjoying this series of reviews for brand arsenal. Genius!
What’s up! BrunsNick’s baaaack!
Lol, "Don't call it a comeback I've been here for years!" He starts every video that way and I say that every time.

Excellent video!! Thks for the lane play knowledge!! That s my biggest problem..the move left & keep... striking!
You have the best videos. Respect to everyone else. But ur the best
What do I do different if I may ask?
You explain things very easily. It is easier for first-time bowlers trying to learn more. I feel like i actually learn something and not just watching to watch.
Thank you so much for this breakdown
Great video! I just received a Brutal Collision. Curious, for me, would this take the place of the Hellcat in a DV8 3 ball arsenal?
Possibly yes, might need a little more surface to be a true heavy oiler.

Smoother stronger to start and then start working into the more flippy balls as they dry up.

what is the thing that you change on the thumb hole in your bowls? :) sorry I'm an amateur learning about bowling :)
Ultimate interchangeable thumb

I throw the dv8 intimidator and dv8 notorious. Thinking about getting trouble maker or trouble maker pearl. Haven't yet decided

I'm enjoying this series. I'll have to look but hopefully there is a Columbia, Track one too.
There are

@@mrazkova25 thank you for that. 🙂
Nick, what do you recommend for a low-volume, short-pattern ball for someone who only throws around 10 mph with a low rev rate?
Maybe a Radical Spy.
@@brunsnick Unfortunately, they don't make it in 12 lbs.
@@Topnikko then I suggest Brunswick Twist.

Great series! Can you do track? Paragon hybrid is my bench mark ball. Having a hard time figuring a Pearl and solid. Keep the videos coming!
yep ruclips.net/video/fArK9YdN_pQ/видео.html
Ok I like resent video on arsenals . Question that you can help me with I currently have defender solid IQTour pearl the red one. What would be good third ball I am thinking urethane or something else.
There’s always room for a Purple Hammer. Otherwise, a symmetrical solid would be what I suggest. GB2, Chill, something like that.
Its hammer time

Would the orange verge solid fit it with these 3 bowling balls?
If I were adding the Verge, I'd keep it very dull like the XLR8 and have a smoother option up to if I need something for more oil.
Cool video talk to bowling ball
I have the dv8 chaos the grudge and now the violent collision
Core #'s of ball's bein shown. Even if you just say em quickly, core type/#'s
Have you thrown the brutal collision? If so what are your thoughts?
I have not.
Can you please grace us with a review?
Likely not. Sorry.
Great video as always. Just one request... could you stop making it look so easy? You're making me feel bad about my game lol 😢
Haha sorry 😎
if the trouble maker isnt in it it’s wrong
