if you check the channel and my IG you'll find my work. This video is a simple project to help those looking to renovate their bathroom, as it is usually where people start their jounrey in architecture/renovations.
Hi David, thanks for the tutorial. If I wanted to set up an isolated 3d view/drawing of a bathroom from a larger building projet, how would you recommend do that? Can 3d views/drawings saving clipping plane settings?
This might be what you are looking for ruclips.net/video/aw6AVbhopVI/видео.html + (from memory) cmd/ctrl + y when in 3D view to activate cutting plane (orange dash lines on four sides of window)
Why do you use millimeters? Thats for enginerring detail which is machine based. Architecture is still built by people who can't build at that fine scale. Thats why its centimeters for small scale and interior and meters for large scale and urban.
In Australia we use millimetre and always round to the nearest 5mm if timber frame. Brick course for example can be 2143mm, thus not a micro adjustment but a product of our environment.
Woot woot nice!
what if you want to use existing products such as fixtures and fittings by brands, or custom cabinet design?
Good
Thanks for sharing. How limited are you to designing a standard bathroom? I wonder if you can plan for more daring designs…
