If it is liver problem, he should just blend dandelion morning and evening and drink continuously for 6 Months he will be ok. 1) Stop Eating oil foods 2) Stop Eating sugar 3) Stop taking alcoholic and soda beverages It will be reversed

With your symptoms that am seeing such as; swelling in the abdomen or belly called Ascites, swelling in the feet called Edema, and you also pointed to your right side of your abdomen (belly) that it hurts, malaise(tiredness) etc. The upper right abdomen just below your ribs is where your Liver sits, and with Liver disease it will hurt.
