Rhea is unbelievably beautiful and the epitome of a southern belle. Seeing the dynamics between the two of them is a wonderful example of how couples who are from opposite sides of the country can make the most interesting pairs. If he were with a woman like out of the show, let's say, Real Housewives of New Jersey (or South Boston), she may demonstrate some hilarious "in your face" assertiveness. However, I love the way it is in their own reality and the charm, grace and softness Rhea portrays. I bet she has Mark wrapped around her finger.
Exactly how is Rhea Durham a "Southern Belle?" Is she really a Southerner? Is her family from the American South? That doesn't seem to be the case. She is from Lakeland, FL, which as far as I know. isn't exactly the South. Mark and his family are from Dorchester, which is a rough, blue-collar neighborhood in Boston that historically had some things in common with the notorious South Boston. South Boston has always been more Irish/Irish-American and Dorchester eventually became much more ethnically and culturally diverse. Massachusetts, and New England in general, is quite different than New Jersey. Someone please respond.

@@1525boy Florida is part of the south. Her Wikipedia page says she was born in Florida. I looked her up on Google and it sent me to her Wikipedia page for further information. I wasn't born in Florida but I say y'all instead of you guys. A lot of Floridians talk like that. Texans talk like that too. If she was born in Florida then she's a southerner. Mark Wahlberg is the only one that's not from a Southern state. He was born in Massachusetts instead of Florida. People ask silly questions but a simple Google search would send them straight to Wikipedia page. That way they would know exactly if that person was born in a Northern State a Southern State a or whatever region of the world but people are so lazy that they would rather embarrass themselves more often than not by asking silly questions instead of using their phones to investigate. Difference between southern Florida and other northern Florida is that that Floridians from the North sound more Southern get to Floridians from the south but y'all is a common word used throughout Florida. One thing that we have in common with people from other Southern States is y'all not many people in the north say y'all.

Yes Florida is a pot of mixed religions, ethnicities and tradition of people from other countries I understand that not everyone is 100% American but she's both 100% American and 100% Southern because she was born in Florida and Florida happens to be a Southern state.
