This is such a nice property! The views are amazing from every angle, I can't even decide which room has the best setup, and the sunk-in tubs are so luxurious.
As a heads up, the word mosaic is pronounced mou-say-ick instead of mo-ze-ak. I know, english is stupid a lot of the time, but just a small thing.
Anyways, thank you for another great tour, been a fan for a long time and you do a really phenomenal job with all of these properties. If I ever hit the lottery, I'll hit you up!

Amazing properties in Thailand. Who knew! Curious of the previous owners living somewhere else, passed on, or reinvesting somewhere else? A relative just came back from Thailand, but says it’s not really an upscale area. So even if you buy a ridiculous expensive property, the majority are living an impoverished life style. Maybe Singapore, Korea, and Japan are better?

Pointless trying to sell to foreign investors because your not allowed to Own the Land and only 40% of a Building… Unless you entrusted the 100% of the land and 60% of the Building to a Thailand National , But you would have to be really Dumb to do that , Or Buy it in a company Name but that comes with Huge Tax issues and the company has to be a Trading company that’s operating in the Country with employees, So thats not really retirement is it.. So RENT DO NOT BUY.
If you’re a foreign investor or want to live in that house, it’s a cinch to set up a company and buy it, trade the company and have 100% total voting rights, as a Director, in that Thai company. There are millions doing it, risk free and as of today I haven’t heard of any cases whereby the Thai government have taken property away from foreign investors. You simply wouldn’t rent this property.

@@simon-croft If you Buy a House through a company, It has to be a Company that’s operational in that country, You then Have to run that company and have employees, Why would i want to do that ? .. I want to retire and not have the stress of a Company to Run, Its also more expensive Tax wise … Your point doesn’t make any sense. And again company owed homes do not come with the land Ownership,
@@daidavies6210 people want to own houses and not apartments. Many who invest a fair chunk of money are happy to protect their asset by running a company. Quite frankly it’s simple and doable. So, to the ones that have done that, it makes absolute sense. The vast majority who this suits won’t be investing 100k in an apartment, they be investing millions. There is no huge tax implications as long as the company is run correct and it’ll take less than 0.001% of your retirement time up. People who say rent don’t buy, take a look at Phuket, the market has sky rocketed, what an amazing investment property has been there.
