The Circle of Light Moscow international festival is an annual event at which lighting designers and specialists in audiovisual art from various countries reinvent the architectural scene of Moscow by using video mapping. The buildings that symbolize Russia - among them are: the Bolshoi Theatre, the Moscow Manege, the Moscow State University, VDNKh, and others - transform into canvases for large colorful video projections.
The Art Vision video mapping contest runs under the aegis of the Circle of Light festival.

Concept:
Visual narration of a cultural discovery from the ancestors of Indonesia, the largest archipelago in the world comprising 17,000 islands that are situated between the Indian and the Pacific Ocean.
Influenced by its geographical location nicknamed the emerald of equator, the work presents the beauty of authentic ornaments taking form in the strokes of Batik, as well as traditional carvings of a magnificent temple that dates back to the 9th century. The work will introduce the audience a fascinating facade that may trigger the spirit of a new acculturation to the eyes of the world.

Narasi visual penemuan budaya dari nenek moyang Indonesia, negara kepulauan terbesar di dunia yang terdiri dari 17.000 pulau yang terletak antara India dan Samudera Pasifik.
Dipengaruhi oleh lokasi geografisnya yang dijuluki zamrud khatulistiwa, karya ini menyajikan keindahan ornamen yang mengambil bentuk goresan otentik Batik, serta ukiran tradisional candi megah yang dibuat pada ke abad ke-9. Karya ini akan memperkenalkan penonton pada fasad menakjubkan yang dapat memicu semangat dari sebuah bentuk akulturasi baru ke mata dunia.
