There should be 2 set screws on the underside of the head. Use the Allen wrench to loosen (not remove) all three of them. Make sure your panning knob is tight-locked. Then, twist the entire head (above the separation near the base), and it should come off. We also have a "how-to" video on this coming out soon.

Anybody knows how to disassemble a VEO 2 264ab?... Locks don't just twist off like other tripods... Any help would be highly appreciated.. thanks!

Does it have a multi angle center column? Like the Alta Pro series and old Veo series which can rotate and set on 0° to 180° angles.
