What to expect on the Wapiti Onion Lake Trail. Wapiti Lake Provincial Park

Trail Information for those looking to hike this beautiful Trail. As of July 2021 this is the condition of the Trail. Expect swift cleanup of Trail as soon as fire bans lifted. I spoke with park rangers and they cannot clear fallen trees with chainsaw until there is no forest fire hazard. At the time this video was shot the Monkman Provincial Park was closed due to 2 existing forest fires, just over the peak from Wapiti Lake Provincial Park
