Have you backed up your setup? I think you must first a destination cloud storage (ie google drive) for your backups. Then save there. Then on your new device, just do things in reverse. Or you can make a local backup file, zip it, then send it over to your new phone using something like shareme. Ubzip the file inside the midi commander folder then open your app and restore/import setup..i cant remember off the top of my head.
@@vincenzocampanale8333 then try locating where this "backup" from your new device is then paste your backup from the old device on that folder in question to make ot easier to navigate. Yes i kinda feel your struggle. Lol. I experienced that ssme thing transferring my backup from old phone to my tablet.

Hi, i have downloaded this app for my Samsung Galaxy S9 and it works great. So i downloaded it for my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 and it will not connect to it for some reason. I have all the correct adapters and cables but it will not recognise the device. Any ideas whats happened?
Does your device aupport usb otg? What device are you using? You can just try messing around with the global settinga or changing midi cable number in app. I faced a similar iaaue before.
Hello..sorry for the VERY LATE reply. Yes. Whatever you do on the app is retained. It you want to make another playlist, you can backup your current aet and start from scratch.
Roland and Yamaha users can try this app too if your synth has a usb-b port. I know yamaha has this "Registration Memory" that works like the favorites. I own a very vintage Yamaha PSR-530 which is 23 years old now and still kicking. I have also owned a Juno-D E in the past but I don't like it much. For Roland and Yamaha users, just try to experiment with this app. adding commands to a button will be the same in terms of procedure.
Hindi pako nakahawak ng Juno DS eh. Kross lang keyboard ko. Nakahaeak ako roland noon 2009-2010 sa banda pero Juno D LE at sa worship band, Roland E09. Hehe. But im sure gagana yan. same method siguro pero depende kung paano magsave ng favorites sa DS.

I just have put backup files in new phone midi commander folder by PC . Midi commander on new phone sees only his backup, not new backup i put in.

I located new backup in file manager but midi commander don't see them on his folder😢

I understand this app is for Android devices. Is there a similar one for IOS (Ipad)?
None that I know of. The dev, bordero, has said that he will not be doing an iOs version of MC.
