sheesh, 2003 was when the loma vista specific plan was conceived. nearly 2 decades later and all there really is are a bunch of tract homes. and the only commercial it seems is a gas station which took 3-4 years after a bunch of homes were already built. I'm hesitant to invest seeing the history of how things have been for this as it could take 30-40 years for that park to come to fruition or any of the other plans.
