Syrians are strong and resilient. They suffered for 14 years with no help from anyone, not a single protest from the professors and university students like what they did for the Palestinians, no media coverage, to help and save them from the atrocities. I pray and hope for all Syrians . God bless and protect them.

Syrians may be strong and resilient but there are many evil groups in the area who will never allow them to be free. So the next few years will probably be rough. There is no tradition of freedom in Syria and though there are individuals who would like to be free the question is are there enough of these people and are they strong enough to defend against the tyrants who always seem to dominate
It would be great if the new Syrian government concentrate on good governance and prioritises the well being of her people. Enough of wanting dominance - prioritise first rebuilding your country.
Now the problem is United Nations help in Syria. There should be proper audit how they are spending and to whom they are spending. In many of the countries where in the UN people just enjoying and the funds are not utilised properly. The donor countries should do audit every time open including the salary of those people.
