Great video man! To confirm based on your two examples in the video, are you entering only when you see absorption of aggressive participants or do you also wait for additional buyers/sellers to enter in the direction of your trade idea to ensure the move has follow-through?
Started a trading combined with topstep today using order flow after watching this series and had a profitable first day. But more than that the clarity to validate my plan at my price level through seeing sellers absorbed on the footprint. Felt blind in comparison to before so thanks for making this series free👍
The 2 reversal set ups were great. I would also love to see how you identify pullbacks from reversal for a continued move. I think those are harder to read in the now compared to reversal set ups. Thank you
Carmine, as a trader, I couldn't ask for a better series of videos from you, I'm dead serious. The value of that is just priceless to be honest. See you in investitrade community soon... Ton of respect for doing this man🙏🏼🙏🏼
Some of these Instagram traders have horrible entries and horrible RR but are selling courses and teaching people how to provide liquidity in the market. R multiples > Win %. Love these setups, keep up the great content.
This is brilliant mate. Your on another level compared to the YT main trading crowd. I hate having my finger over the button waiting for confirmation and then price jumps 3+ points where i “thjnk “ its going to go. I always feel late to the party waiting for candle confirm. Im going to practice this and get a feel for it. Id love getting in from a footprint chart. This has HUGE potential to make me better when i can grasp it well enough. Thanks buddy 🙏
Thanks for the great explanation! I’ve started using what you’ve taught here to improve my trade entries. Now, I pay attention to strong shifts in delta from buyers or sellers and check for absorption at key price levels. It’s honestly changed the way I think about entering trades. I do have a question, though. Sometimes, I see a delta shift in the trades, and on the pullbacks or at certain price levels, the price seems to pause or hang around for a bit. When this happens, I usually take off my position because the price isn’t moving aggressively. But then later, the price often does reach my target point. How should I handle these situations? I’m also still working on getting better at reading the overall market context. Those old demand and supply zones can sometimes get wiped out by aggressive volume when the trend is strong. I’d love to see more of your videos on footprint charts and especially how to piece together the bigger market picture. Thanks for sharing so much knowledge-it’s been a game-changer for me!
Carmine you deserve more then just one thumb up from me..Btw, I always hit the thumb up before I watch the video. It's only right for me continue to support your hard work and share it in real time with such a Conviction. I Learned a ton from just watching these vid series. My entry/ exit is much better..still need more practice. I would love to see the More bar to bar entry/ exit example in the future videos. I would be interest in joining your trading community when you have it open up. I'm personally Not looking for someone to give me fish, but I'm looking to Learn How To Fish. 🙏🙏💯
Great vid @Carmine! 🔥Showing the footprint chart simultaneously next to Bookmap and then comparing it to the candlestick chart was a great visual comparison on how you get those sniper entries in the now. 👍
Another fantastic video from you! It would be greatly appreciated if you could include more bar-to-bar breakdowns, as they really help in making things clearer and easier to understand.
Hi Carmine! Congratulations on such good quality and high-value content. Thanks for sharing! Question: in both entry examples, did you enter by pressing Limit Order or Market Orders? Cheers!
What is the best footprint chart you can suggest with volume delta, using the setup you are showing and describing in the video? Great video. I always appreciate your suggestions and advice. I love the channel.
5:17 The markets moves up because there is more Aggressive buying than AGGRESSIVE sellers. Aggressive buyers consume the available passive sell orders (limit sells), pushing the price higher. It’s the imbalance between aggressive buyers and sellers that drives price movement, not just the number of passive orders.
11:59 i have my personal screenshot / recording of that session Personally did not take the ES longs there just from the chart and it was PMI, and NQ mkt confluence was diverging so the only way to tell was actually seeing active buyers vs sellers. (CLC)
Aloha. great video. You are showing your winners in detail while acknoledging your losses (very righteous of you); but are you able to also show your losses in detail? in detail - we could learn plenty from that. I see all your vids showing 3 losses that are small, with one win that is huge - would love to see the small losses and understand your thought processes for it and while in it. Thank you what have I learned from #7? that you have yet to show your losses in detail. aside of all the great information.
I know the way most traders think, and I know that showing negative examples would not have the same impact and I achieved it. I analyzed Carmine's channel and found the following: The videos that showed his losses and learnings did not have many views, who wants to make videos to have few views, I tell you this because the same thing happens to me with my content. People do not like to learn from their losses, they do not like to be shown that there are also losing entries.
I show all trades win or loss. I usually make lessons on the winners as those provide the best lessons. Some losing trades there are no lessons involved with.
Can show how to set up the screeners and programs? Like what DataFeed is the best, Bookmap Goldbal or Global Plus, and tips etc.. Is there anyway to get this data without paying like 100$+ a month??
I have some videos on the platforms and feeds I use. I use sierra and Bookmap. Bookmap I have rithmic data using global +. if you have DOM for other platform, global then suffices.
In that 2nd Example (Short) If instead of 'positive delta' you'd see negative delta, would you take this set up? Wouldn't it that confirm that seller is there and price won't go thru "the wall" thus the market has to move lower? Or you always look for "trapped" people and that is the most important variable for you?
Is there anything wrong with waiting for sellers/buyers to appear, and waiting for them to defend their positions on a retest, as an extra confirmation?
Let me know the best thing you have learned from this episode #7
Great video man! To confirm based on your two examples in the video, are you entering only when you see absorption of aggressive participants or do you also wait for additional buyers/sellers to enter in the direction of your trade idea to ensure the move has follow-through?
Or maybe these two examples had a similar case with massive absorption but you wait for different/additional confirmation on other setups?
The bar to bar break down and confirming what I've learned from the order series videos.

Dropping Golden Nuggets always.

Is that jigsaw trading platform you are using?
Sierra and Bookmap

Is the Delta chart from think or swim itself? Or a separate platform?
Also, how do you create that "RTH" tab on your bookmap?
Sierra. RTH on bookmap is just a SVP from the RTH session.
is range chart or time based chart better?
In that 2nd Example (Short)
If instead of 'positive delta' you'd see negative delta,
would you take this set up?
Wouldn't it that confirm that seller is there and price won't go thru
"the wall" thus the market has to move lower?
Or you always look for "trapped" people and that is the most important variable for you?
I would still take it as a true seller could be present
@@carmine_rosato thanks
How to get the foot print chart
any platform that offers it
Cheapest way to learn would be signing up to topstep for a month and using quantower which is free and offers footprint.
Is there anything wrong with waiting for sellers/buyers to appear, and waiting for them to defend their positions on a retest, as an extra confirmation?
even better
@carmine_rosato thanks bro.
Carmine , u don’t use volume profile chart?look like most pro us.btw great content !
Can u show examples when is absorption and is losing trade anyway?
I'd wait due to the indecision candle at the point.
How to get those delta footprint candle on our chart video no 2
You tool paid tool atas or siera
*need
I use sierra charts
💯
Lets go

And the volume forms because of price.
Don’t get that twisted either.
