    Still we don't give importance to fitment of people in Scrum Projects.. Meaning- whether we are hiring people having expected behaviour ? This creates issues in getting full advantage of Scrum

    How do we convince organization to have team metrics rather than individual metrics? Main concern is how to distinguish an employee performing better with the others and be able to promote them as part of their career advancement based on achievements.
