- This house deals with going away. If your money goes away it means that you are losing money. So the 12th house is the house of loss. When you go away to another nation or city leaving behind your kith and kin even that is some form of losing your people. Hence the 12th house also deals with going away to foreign countries.

If Jupiter is the lord of the 12th house then you must be only CAPRICORN (Makara) Lagna - It all depends on where JUPITER is. Read a horoscope in totality - not by single planets, though the reading starts from single planets. When you spell out a result look at all other planets too.

Is it the same in Lagna (CHALIT) chart. If yes avoid new investments and ventures of any kind in the the dasha or bhukt of Rahu as it can be very bad. The 12th house lord in the 12th house is a VIMALA YOGA but it can still give you 50% trouble. The planetary periods of planets placed in the 6th, 8th or 12th house is usually bad. So do appropriate remedies.

The Navamsa Chart (D-9) is like other division charts but it is the chief among the divisional charts. Yet the D-9 chart cannot be used like the basic horoscope. So avoid seeing raja yogas from Navamsa Chart as that is not recommended. However if a planet is exalted in Navamsa then it means that it has improved a lot no matter. For example if Jupiter is debilitated in Rasi Chart but exalted in Navamsa Chart, the dasha of Jupiter will give better results. Read all RAJA YOGAs from the main chart.

It will give you opportunities to get closer to God and Good things in life. Materialistically this transit is not good. Spiritually it is very good. Jupiter is indicator of wealth. Moving in the 12th house it can bring about loss in wealth. You may also visit an Ashram or a Spiritual retreat or a place of divinity during such a transit.
We cannot use all the rules in other divisional charts. Only those rules associated with D-9 chart should be used. Raja Yogas etc were written out for RASI CHART (the main chart) - but beware - check for planetary shifts in Bhava Chart.
If you have great faith in GOD, and do charity you do not have to worry about KETU in the 12th house. It affects maximum those who are faithless or those who speak against God and Religion. Feed the poor and donate generously. If everyone in the world donate 1 rupee everyday to the poor (or equivalent), poverty can be eradicated. In KETU Dasha you have to be extra careful. Whenever it is KETU Dasha or Bhukti you should invest money in new ventures.

For MITHUNA Lagna Venus is a great positive planet. THe only TRUE FRIEND. So the 12th house lordship will be supressed. The 5th house will show up more. However if VENUS is placed in a dushthana or is afflicted then whatever is expect of Venus will not show up.

Astrology should not be used in this way. It should be used for corrective purpose and not for prediction. Increase your Saturn Tax (Charity etc) on all Saturdays, 8th, 17th and 26th.

1) I have meena lagna (guru Surya and Buddha in lagna) for me my 11th house Lord and 12th house lord Shani is placed in my 4th house. You did mention if the 12th house Lord is placed in the 4th house then to be careful while buying land, since in my case even the 11th house Lord Shani is placed in the 4th house as well then should it not also indicate gain from land, what is your view.
When a graha owns 2 houses, you need to find where the MoolTrikon (MT) of that grah falls in these 2 houses. In this case Saturn has MT in 12th house. So the 12th house is stronger than the 11th house. So you need to be more careful when you buy property for home. The 11th house lord in the 4th house also will have to work. In such cases in 1 property there maybe unexpected trouble and in 1 property you will have luck. Repair homes of poor people. That way Saturn will give only 11th house effect instead of 12th house effect.

Talking about the 12th house, I have Mars in Aries in the 12th, and exact conjunct with Ketu!...I find I don't like to have debts, and like to be alone a lot studying.... that's the good side Mars in own sign.
