It's very close, but I don't think it is a clear cut 'yes'. The reason I say that is because a Faustian bargain implies the individual has actively made a choice to give up the moral value; part of the debate of the play is whether Macbeth is making a choice or just fulfilling fate. One could certainly make the case for elements of the Faustian Bargain, but I would argue that would be at least an A Level standard essay and not a level of argument required for even grade 9 of GCSE.
Some example sentence structures so you can see the grammar: From this quote, we can see that Macbeth is experiencing an ontological crisis. In Act 5, Macbeth has an ontological crisis. This quote could indicate an ontological crisis, as Macbeth is feeling like.... While he had an ontological crisis in Act X Scene Y, but this point, Macbeth appears to now have...
