J is one of the hardest working artist I've ever seen; he reminds me of Beyonce. He's a perfectionist, very structured, disciplined and has 100% passion for what he does and he clearly cares for his fans. He sacrifices so much to insure his performance and lifestyle is "perfect" and his fans are given the best and most amazingly special performance humanly possible.
