Hallowed Be Thy Name 19. Run to the Hills 20. Running Free I know this is a lot of songs for Maiden, but I think it's at least somewhere realistic, and it's under 2 hours in length.
Yes this is a great point that I was wondering. Because they are playing longer songs on this tour, they might be able to playe more songs with a similar run time on the next tour since the older songs are usually much shorter. Great set list!

The Clairvoyant was so good live! This set list would be so sick. Open with tailgunner and have the plane out there! I wanna see drifter actually more than i realized too lol
im sure it will be mostly songs many of us have seen over the last 50 years but id really love to hear something they never have played or played very few times. sea of madness or loneliness of the long-distance runner (1) I can't say any song is disappointing because i could listen to 90% of their songs but I always want to hear things I haven't heard in a long time.
If I were Captain Harris, this would be my set list: 1- Aces High. 2- Children Of The Damn. 3- Wrathchild. 4- Revelations. 5- Phantom Of The Opera. 6- The Evil That Men Do 7- Fear Of The Dark. 8- The Number Of The Beast. 9- Can I Play With Madness. 10- Prowler. 11- The Trooper. 12- Holy Smoke. 13- Flight Of Icarus. 14- Afraid To Shoot Strangers. 15- Powerslave 16- Heaven Can Wait. 17- Running Free Encore 1 18- Run To The Hills. 19- Hallowed Be Thy Name. 20- Iron Maiden. Encore 2 21- Sanctuary. 22- 2 Minutes To Midnight. 23- Wasted Years.
I love your setlist, but they're never going to play 23 songs at their advanced age & with Nicko being a bit limited due to his stroke. We might get 18 or 19 songs max, & that's only because some of the earlier songs aren't very long like most of the "Reunion" material
@@toddlesiak3837 we could all dream lol, nah you are right they might be able to squeez out 20 if they are shorter but i think the set list duration probably stays about the same as the last few years
There will be one or more songs from every first nine album. So list without one ain't gonna happen. For me I think we will hear at least these: Rime of the ancient mariner is the epic long song, Killers, Phantom of the opera, Run to the the hills, Hallowed be thy name, Bring your daughter, Evil that men do, Flight of Icarus. Fear of the dark and Iron Maiden seems to be combo which they won't change so I expect to hear those. I really hope to hear Infinity Dreams, To tame a land and long distance runner. And I hope they have enough courage to leave trooper etc out and really play more songs that we haven't heard in many years. All those classic classics eats so many songs spots from the setlist or maybe they will play more songs than usually, but I don't think so 'cause Nicko's health issues etc.
yeah i would love if they left some of the regulars out. Id love it if they played some songs from the 80s tours that they havent played since the 80s that would be sick. Nicko's health is going to factor in and just the amount of songs they would have to relearn and practice its tough to imagien a ton of deeper cuts unfortunately
I am on to my 4th set list already! I really like all the regular favs but know this tour will throw in a few curve balls based on the trailer video and the press release
I think it will be a greatest hits with a few curve balls I think you are right. Hoping for a longer track list because they can have similar runtimes with how long modern songs are compared to the ones back in the day.
Aces High is spectacular and could still be used. I really hope they do have 1 or 2 rarer songs in the set. Got a feeling it'll be greatest hits all the way though. I've managed to rack up approx 70 shows from 1990. I'm off to LA next week to see another. Love seeing them but find some of this set a bit slow.. looking forward to the gig still .
That is so awesome yuou have seen them a bunch. I love this band and always have. Caught somewhere in time has always been one of my favorites so to have a chance at seeing it live would be amazing. I really enjoy Hell on Earth also so i think this set list is a great mix but it for sure gets slow in parts. thank you so much for sharing your thoughts as well! :)
If you get the chance to go to the future past tour do it. Seen it in Glasgow it was great. Death of the Celts is amazing live. I don’t see them doing can I play with madness & wasted years as. It’s on the current setlist. Got a feeling they will play Total Eclipse since they’ve added it to the reissue of the number of the beast album. I can see them doing Alexander the Great again waited so long to play it live they do it on 2 tours running that would be typical Maiden.
Yeah I am going to do everything I can to see them live on future past! There are so many songs I want to see live. Im glad/a bit jealous you got to see them in Glasgow lol I could see those songs being excluded and I also have a feeling they might leave alexander in because they havent been able to play it like you say.
Back in the Village Flash of the Blade The Duellists Killers Remember Tomorrow Tailgunner Be Quick or be Dead From Here to Eternity Moonchild Rime of the Ancient Mariner The Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner Deja-Vu Sun and Steel To Tame a Land Running Free Run to the Hills
I don’t think we’re going to get Alexander again. We have it on this tour because of the Somewhere in Time theme, but I don’t see them bringing it out in the next tour, or at all in the future really. And I don’t see them doing Aces High as an opener again. They just had it as an opener in the Legacy tour, and as a closer in the last leg of the Legacy tour. I think they’ll give Aces a rest. It’ll be interesting to see what they open with on this tour. My money is on either Murders in the Rue Morgue (they’re really suggesting a lot of old school maiden in the marketing for this tour) or maybe Be Quick or Be Dead. I’d actually love to see them open with Moonchild, but I don’t see that either. I think we’d be blessed if we got Rime of the Ancient Mariner though!
Yeah the only reason I could see Alexander again is because they have never been able to do it live until now so maybe they do it again then retire it but I could totally see them going away from it after this tour. They have so many great options to open the tour I think im most excited to see that! These set lists I cam up with are just come very vanilla options and then my own selfish set list lol. Just want to see stuff I havent seen but I would be so happy seeing anything Maiden. If they open with Murders in the Rue Morgue I would be quite happy with that. I have seen Moonchild open a set and and a encore but I love Moonchild and really that whole album so either way I'm happy! Love the input thank you for this comment!
If it was up to me, no hits, all rarely or never played songs. But of course the song Iron Maiden is the closer. Prowler Charlotte/Acacia Ave medley Sanctuary Killers Murders Wrathchild Purgatory Total Eclipse Sun and Steel Die with Your Boots Back in the Village Flash of the Blade Sea of Madness Only the Good Die Young No Prayer Be Quick or Be Dead
I've heard rumors sun and steel will get it's live debut on this tour but doubt they'll play classic songs they never played live before again as imo they only played Alexander to put the demanding to rest
oh that would be amazing! I would love to see a couple never before played or maybe rarely played mixed in with the hits. Im not 100% sure but I thought they didnt play Alexander because of some legal thing that passed. Either way I need to see it live lol
Here's my list...deep cuts,.classics, and even instrumentals: Iron Maiden (1980) Remember Tomorrow Strange World Killers (1981) Genghis Khan Prodigal Son Purgatory The Number of the Beast (1982) 22 Acacia Avenue Piece of Mind (1983) Still Life To Tame a Land Powerslave (1984) The Duellists Powerslave Somewhere in Time (1986) The Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner Stranger in a Strange Land Alexander the Great Seventh Son of a Seventh Son (1988) Infinite Dreams Seventh Son of a Seventh Son No Prayer for the Dying (1990) No Prayer for the Dying Mother Russia Fear of the Dark (1992) Afraid to Shoot Strangers
As much as we’d love to hear songs like still life and deja vu, i dont think we’ll be hearing anything unfamiliar. It’s just a matter of what u think bruce can still sing live. yes, flash of the blade would be cool. I’d really like it if they open with prowler, but here’s my current prediction. Doctor Doctor Ides of March Wrathchild Killers Phantom of the Opera 2 Minutes to Midnight Run to the Hills The Trooper Rime of the Ancient Mariner 22 Acacia Avenue Hallowed Be Thy Name The Evil That Men Do Die With Your Boots On Fear of the Dark Number of the Beast Iron Maiden Running Free Id love to hear purgatory but another unlikely…murders in the rue morgue would be a nostalgic opener…or if they threw transylvania in the setlist..but we’ll see.
yeah id totally love to see some deep cuts but im sure its gonna be a greatest hits show! either way im excited to see a great show andthis set list slaps!!!
I hope they do their shorter songs and go for 20 bangers instead of 17. The length of the setlist will probably still be the same. In my opinion this would make it far more memorable.
Here is my dream setlist for the 2025 tour 'Run For Your Lives World Tour' : Doctor Doctor (UFO song) Churchill's Speech (intro) 01. Aces High 02. Be Quick or Be Dead 03. Wrathchild 04. Children of the Damned 05. Revelations 06. Flight of Icarus 07. Phantom of the Opera 08. Bring Your Daughter... to the Slaughter 09. Wasting Love 10. The Evil that Men Do 11. Afraid to Shoot Strangers 12. Fear of the Dark 13. Hallowed be Thy Name 14. Iron Maiden Encore: 15. The Number of the Beast 16. 2 Minutes to Midnight 17. The Trooper 18. Wasted Years Encore 2: 19. Run to the Hills 20. Running Free I hesitated to put songs like Can I Play with Madness, The Prisoner, Killers, Where Eagles Dare or Rime of the Ancient Mariner in the setlist but you can't put everything. I would still be happy if they played rarer songs like Murders in the Rue Morgue, Moonchild, Fear is the Key, Judas Be My Guide, Total Eclipse, 22 Acacia Avenue, Flash of the Blade, Infinite Dreams... I can't wait for the concert at Paris La Défense Arena 🤘
@@andysteele5707 oh that sounds like such a god time! I love all of their lives so much. I have seen several on DVD but being up from for Somewhere back in time was so epic!
Set list my opinion and not in order, just for fun. Of course IRON MAIDEN, FEAR OF THE DARK, RUN TO THE HILLS, then I think PHANTOM OF THE OPERA and RUNNING FREE. Very likely there will also be HALLOWED BE THY NAME, THE TROOPER, THE NUMBER OF THE BEAST, ACES HIGH, 2 MINUTES TO MIDNIGHT. Added to this is an endless list of possible songs...for example: SUN AND STEEL, BRING YOUR DAUGHTER...,BE QUICK OR BE DEAD, TAILGUNNER,PROWLER. too many!!! you continue. My dreams, at least one: TO TAME A LAND, INFINITE DREAMS, PRODIGAL SONG, STILL LIFE and THE LONELINESS OF THE LONG DISTANCE RUNNER. I hope for RIME OF THE ANCIENT MARINER and MURDERS IN THE RUE MORGUE...no matter what it will be, Up The Irons!!! Always. Thx cheeers!!! 🍻😎🤘
They will play Tailgunner almost for sure. Sanctuary is mandatory, and will be the song that will bring Paul to the stage during the London show. This is my set: "Transylvania" (from Iron Maiden, 1980) as intro "Phantom of the Opera" (from Iron Maiden, 1980) "Prowler" (from Iron Maiden, 1980) "Murders in the Rue Morgue" (from Killers, 1981) "The Trooper" (from Piece of Mind, 1983) "Where Eagles Dare" (from Piece of Mind, 1983) "Run to the Hills" (from The Number of the Beast, 1982) "Hallowed Be Thy Name" (from The Number of the Beast, 1982) "Powerslave" (from "Powerslave, 1984) "Alexander the great" (from Somewhere in Time, 1986) "Moonchild" (from SSOTSS, 1988) "Clairvoyant" (from SSOTSS, 1988) "Tailgunner" (from No Prayer, 1990) "Afraid to Shoot Strangers" (from FOTD, 1992) "Iron Maiden" (from Iron Maiden, 1980) Encore "Fear of the Dark" (from FOTD, 1992) "Wasted Years" (From Somewhere in Time, 1986) "Sanctuary" (from Iron Maiden, 1980)
such a sick set list! I have seen a few of these songs live but I would be happy seeing them again for sure! I really wanna see prowler and murders in the rue morgue those are some of favorite from the first couple albums Thank you for sharing
This would be mine 1. Aces high 2. Rime of the ancient mariner but if they can take it a bit slow for Nicko 3. Where eagles dare 4. Be quick or be dead 5. Revolutions 6. Children of the damned 7. The prisoner 8. Stranger in a strange land 9. The trooper 10. 2 minutes to midnight 11. Flight of Icarus 12. Iron maiden Encore 13. The number of the beast 14. Caught somewhere in time 15. Alexander the Great 16. Fear of the dark 17. POWERSLAVE 18. Phantom of the Opera 19. Flash of the blade 20. Run to the hills
Here is my Setlist, probably never going to happen completely but the anticipation is real high. Very excited what they choose, I kinda like every song from that era. They have to start with Prowler and end it with Fear of the Dark obviously. 1 Prowler 2 Be Quick or Be Dead 3 Murders in the Rue Morgue 4 Killers 5 Die with Your Boots On 6 Phantom of the Opera 7 The Number of the Beast 8 Run to the Hills 9 Flash of the Blade 10 Sun and Steel 11 Seventh Son of a Seventh Son 12 Deja-Vu 13 Holy Smoke 14 Heaven Can Wait 15 Rime of the Ancient Mariner 16 Iron Maiden ENCORE 17 Moonchild 18 Hallowed Be Thy Name 19 Wasted Years 20 Fear of the Dark
Oh yes! I love this set list :) I think its a real testament to how incredible thsi band is there are thousands of amazing set lists and songs that could be played from that era. I thought of like 30 ways they could open or close the shows lol
I'd be surprised if they played anything they haven't played before. I knoqw the current tour has Alexander the Great, but I think to get anything else like that would be rare. I'd love to see Killers and To Tame a Land. That would be my hope and amazing to see and hear live. Here's hoping.
I know it feels like it could go in a few different directions. Either a send off to some of the older classics that and greatest hits, it could be a mix of things they play often from that era and things they havent played in a while, or maybe totally out of left field. Either way its going to be a great show!
They won't play Alexander the great again after it was on the last tour. Replace that with Rhyme of the ancient Mariner. They won't do Madness either. I think we'll get BYDTTS instead. Have a feeling killers will be on there too.
i would love to see killers! the only reason i was thinking alexander was because they havent been able to play it ever until now but i could totally see it being replaced with another epic. I saw Mariner live and it was fantastic!!!
go to the future past tour man. anyways heres my dream (and kind of realistic?) setlist: 1.Be quick or be dead 2.Tailgunner 3.Remember tomorrow 4.Wasting Love 5.Bring your daughter… to the slaughter 6.Infinite Dreams 7.Killers 8.The Rime of the Ancient Mariner 9.The Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner 10.Fear of the dark 11.Hallowed Be Thy Name 12.Iron Maiden 13.The Trooper 14.Die with your boots on 15.Run to the Hills i dont think they are playing more than 15 songs, they've been playing 15 for some years now.
I want to go to future past so bad its such a good show! I was wondering about the amount of songs they will play thinking they do around 15 now because of how long a few of those songs are but who knows. Wasting love is pretty awesoem id love to see that live too! great set list!
Great setlist, but "The Loneliness Of The Long Distance Runner" is too fast-paced for Nicko to keep up with after his stroke, & you can't really slow that song down & still do it justice
@@toddlesiak3837 yeah, totally agree, I don’t think he can play be quick or be dead either. I don’t know why but I have the feeling that the current tour is going to be his last.
My setlist: (1) Be quick or be dead (2) Infinite dreams (my favourite Iron Maiden song of all time) (3) Public enema no 1. (It’s time for a Murray song in the setlist) (4) Children of the damned (5) Flight of Icarus (6) Powerslave (7) Killers (8) Afraid to shoot strangers (9) Rime of the Ancient Mariner (10) No Prayer for the dying (11) Phantom of the Opera (12) Sea of Madness (13) Iron Maiden Encores (14) Moonchild (15) The Trooper (16) Hallowed be thy Name (17) Sanctuary
This is an awesome set list and that harmony in infinite dreams is juts unreal. so atmospheric! I always think it is so underrated. Need some Dave love for sure!
@@jamieblount-leahy8621 Nope, not for me. I have heard it enough. This is my dream setlist and I want to hear other songs from this album, because I think the songs are better. Of course this is not gonna happen, but I can always hope.
@ettio fair, I have a bit of bias tbh with this being my first maiden tour, so hoping to hear as many classics as possible but wouldn't mind hearing that set list either 👍
@@jamieblount-leahy8621 I have seen them on 8 tours, my first one was the No Prayer on the Road in 1990. The Future past tour was great for me, because they finally played 5 songs from my favourite album SIT which has been ignored for years. This setlist has classics like the Trooper, Hallowed, Iron Maiden which has been played on almost every tour. But always songs die hard fans like to hear for sure. Songs like Infinite dreams, Powerslave, Killers, Phantom, Flight of Icarus
some excellent songs for sure. im thinking ifthey retire a few of these older songs from the set list any future tours they could pull out a few bangers from 2000 on
Something to consider here, Nicko has already said there are some songs he cannot play anymore, could you imagine what run to the hills would sound like without those full fills? Or where eagles dare ? I am certain that the Nickos limitations will define the set list unfortunately.
yeah this is for sure going to be something to consider. Im hoping he continues to progress and recover but age too is a factor inthe recovery process. Honestly I can't have enough respect for him for continuing on, such passion and dedication!
@@HavoKast I totally agree with you, but if his limitations are at the detriment of the songs then you have to wonder what will happen. To me as a drummer a lot of the drum work by Clive and Nicko define the music, The trooper without or barely any fills just does not sound right I’m afraid.
@@hailingfrequenciesopencas7838 oh for sure! the accents on songs really punctuate moments and feeling. Drums give you a big sonic and physical presence I agree!
That's not what he said. He said he can't play some songs "the same way" anymore. He mentioned "The Trooper" as an example; he can't play the "16-note roll going into 32nd-note rolls anymore,”, so he's not playing that particular fill anymore. But they're still playing "The Trooper" on the current "Future/Past" tour.
@@arnofrankhuizen6285 I must of read that wrong. Either way the feel of certain songs is certainly different, but hats off to him for still having the drive and determination to still play.
Cause nicko has something in his hands so he can’t keep up with the beat but if they take it a bit slow for him then it’ll make it more easy you know what I mean cause if they can take it a little bit slow for nicko then they’ll get it down perfectly I’m talking about the rime cause that’s one that I wanna see
@@HavoKast cause my dad said he has i don’t know what it’s called but it makes him not keep up with the beat i think it’s called i don’t know what it is
I'm factoring in some classics that Steve will insist they play, some deep cuts that haven't been played in ages & that might never be played ever again, & what songs Nicko can probably handle due to his stroke. I'll also throw in a few very deep cuts that are long shots to make the setlist but still have a chance since I think they will surprise us a bit with some very rare gems! This setlist will have a few more songs than they usually play, & this is only because some of these songs are short in duration or intros. This is my setlist played in any order, so I'm just going to go from album to album & not try to predict any encores. 1) Running Free, 2) Phantom Of The Opera, 3) Iron Maiden, 4) The Ides Of March, 5) Murders In The Rue Morgue, 6) Killers, 7) The Number Of The Beast, 8) Run To The Hills, 9) Hallowed Be Thy Name, 10) Still Life, 11) The Trooper, 12) Powerslave, 13) Rime Of The Ancient Mariner, 14) Sea Of Madness, 15) Deja Vu, 16) Infinite Dreams, 17) The Clairvoyant, 18) Tailgunner, 19) Holy Smoke, 20) Be Quick Or Be Dead, 21) From Here To Eternity...
I love your "wish list" but lol not likely. They will probably play Bring your daughter, Fear of the dark is a lock, maybe Afraid to shoot strangers. Then the usual suspects, unfortunately
yeah the wish list is so good but i doubt many will be on it lol im honestly just happy to see this tour im getting more excited about it no matter what they play
There is no way they are going to play 6 songs that are on the current tour. There's just no way. The MOST is 3 & they would probably be The Trooper, Iron Maiden & Fear of the Dark.
Yeah I was also thinking maybe because some of the songs on the set list currently are longer they may throw a couple extra song into the set list next year. It could be a greatest hits albums so i have no idea how they are going to play this but im excited to see either way!
I know I wish i got a chance to see legacy. such a great show. Life was and still has been crazy so I am doing my best to get read yfor these future tours but I missed so much lol
@@HavoKast i would like to have them prove me wrong, cause legacy was the first time it reentered the setlist since like 87 i think, and it is still a great song
@@HavoKast Not only is it the first song on the first album, but it marked the birth of Maiden, in 1980 they opened the Kiss concert in Milan, I was there, and they did Prowler, I told my friends, guys these guys are awesome, in 1981 Killers came out, I went to the concert in Bologna, since then they have been my favorite Heavy Metal band, I have been listening to them for 50 years, I have seen them, 12 times in Italy, and Europe. I will see them on May 31st in Prague and on July 13th 2025 I will see them in Padua🤘🤘 A hug from italy 🇮🇹 🤘🤘🤘🤘
@@VincenzoMirabello-xy6zw that is so incredible! I remember the first song I heard was 2 minutes to midnight and I loved them then looked at the rest of the catalogue and was blown away at how they were able to create sucha unique sound and style, change it up on each album, but still keep it familiar enough to be consistently great! I love this band so much! I hope you have another incredible time at the concerts!
For me the "classic" albums are the first 5. (Ending with Live after death). I consider the rest as "Modern" Maiden. Even Somewhere in Time and Seven Son are not sounding "classic" to me because of keyboards and too much reverb on the guitars. Brave new World sounded more classic than these 2.
I agree the sound shifted so much. i love how they change it up and every album has a unique sound and style while keeping the roots of the band in tact. Lot's of flavours while still being the same band. Brave new world came out around when i was just getting into music and it blew me away! such a great sound!
I sooo do not agree with your list! :-) they wont play: aces high, flight of icarus, can i play with madness, alexander the great, powerslave, wasted year. they will play more song from the first 2 album: killers, murder in the rue morgue, 100% they play remember tomorrow but transylvalnia + strange world would be the best Paul Di anno salute!. We will see. thx for the video
I hope so! that would be awesoem to see some real early stuff. I just have this feeling its going to be another greatest hits and then they retire some songs but i really hope you are right!
Aces High to open would be a massive let down. Over played over the last few tours. Great song but that spitfire needs to be retired. So many other great openers from that time frame. I thnik they'll go back to what they did in 2005 and go with the early stuff first. If you think Nicko can still play BQOBD... think again! Intro tape: The Ides Of March Murders In The Rue Morgue - not played since 2005 Wrathchild - always a good one to keep the fans going The Trooper - another to get everyone singing Revelations - powerful and brings the temp down a tad Rime Of The Ancient Mariner - not played since 2009 - loads of younger fans never got to hear this epic. Bring Your Daughter... To The Slaughter - can't see it being anything else. Bruce seems to hate it but it is a good sing along and most fans know it. The Phantom Of The Opera - not played in over a decade and a classic The Evil That Men do - either this or Clairvoyant Alexander The Great - I think they'll keep this as its still pretty fresh for them Hallowed Be Thy Name - not played since 2022 -a welcome return? Fear Of The Dark - nuff said Iron Maiden The Number Of The Beast - always a good encore opener Wasted Years - works well towards the end of the set as usual Run To The Hills - Run for your lives...tour?! Perfect ending. I would love for them to go back and re-learn the likes of Infinite Dreams but just can't see it happening. It'll be appealing mainly for the masses who know only the greatest hits. Tailgunner (Trace your way vack FIFTY YEARS) would make a great intro song but feel a more well known old song from the old days would better suit this tour.
oh i know my ideal tour of songs there is hardly any that would realistically be on that set list but man i wish. I wish i had been bor several decades before I was lol. this is a great set list you have on here and I agree the aces high is overplayed im just thinking about it from a general perspective because i have seen some of these songs 4 times already but someone that has never seen maiden they would def wanna see fear of the dark or some of the popular stuff. I hope they do some really early days stuff. either way im really excited!

3. Killers

10. Wasted Years
11. The Clairvoyant
12. The Evil That Men Do

I know this is a lot of songs for Maiden, but I think it's at least somewhere realistic, and it's under 2 hours in length.
Yes this is a great point that I was wondering. Because they are playing longer songs on this tour, they might be able to playe more songs with a similar run time on the next tour since the older songs are usually much shorter.

This isn’t necessarily what I’d LIKE to see, but what I’m predicting they’ll realistically do. I haven’t timed this setlist so I’m sure it might be off.
This would be a fantastic show! Die with your boots on has a very underrated riff in my oppinion! Always loved that song
Strange World!!! Love that one
Such a great underrated vibey song! The atmosphere nad guitar work is awesome!

Id love to see some deep cuts they are for sure some of my favorite songs. Sea of madness is amazing!
If I were Captain Harris, this would be my set list:
1- Aces High.
2- Children Of The Damn.
3- Wrathchild.
4- Revelations.
5- Phantom Of The Opera.
6- The Evil That Men Do
7- Fear Of The Dark.

I would kill to see this show. so many bangers!!!
What a set, if only
@@dansfilms7901 i know!! I wish I could just go back in time lol
I love your setlist, but they're never going to play 23 songs at their advanced age & with Nicko being a bit limited due to his stroke. We might get 18 or 19 songs max, & that's only because some of the earlier songs aren't very long like most of the "Reunion" material
@@toddlesiak3837 we could all dream lol, nah you are right they might be able to squeez out 20 if they are shorter but i think the set list duration probably stays about the same as the last few years
I’d love to hear Judas Be My Guide. My favorite song aside from the title track off Fear of The Dark.
Yeah I love that song! I think its funny how split fear of the dark as an album is for me. Songs I love and songs im not a huge fan of.
@@HavoKast same. There’s songs that I like but I’d rather not want them to play live lol
@@MetalGildarts yeah exactly lol!
I'd like Wrathchild preceded by the Ides of March, perfect introduction to wrathchild.
yeah that would be very good. So many possibilities!
I’m not a fan of No Prayer For The Dying but I would like to see Tailgunner live. Good track and the best one off that album.
Yeah honestly it would be cool to see stuff from the album, not my first choice but its Iron Maiden history and anything Iron Maiden I'm happy to see!
Run silent, Run deep is badass
@@shakimmohammed7378 oh yeah it is!
That album pretty much sucks, but it does have a few good tracks that they will play
@@toddlesiak3837 yeah a couple of good ones but its for sure got an uphill battle compared to everythign else there lol
I have a lot of the same songs in my predictions. I agreed with your Alexander rational.
I am excited for whatever they roll out! For sure theres a lot of pent up demand for alexander lol
Thank you for the comment :)
Hopefully they will open the show with "Tailgunner" and kick everyone's ass !
that would be pretty sick!
Im glad/a bit jealous you got to see them in Glasgow lol
I could see those songs being excluded and I also have a feeling they might leave alexander in because they havent been able to play it like you say.
That would be my absolute dream setlist
It would be so gooood
Back in the Village
Flash of the Blade
The Duellists
Killers
Remember Tomorrow
Tailgunner
Be Quick or be Dead
From Here to Eternity
Moonchild
Rime of the Ancient Mariner
The Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner
Deja-Vu
Sun and Steel
To Tame a Land
Running Free
Run to the Hills
Oh yes Lonliness and Deja Vu back to back would be so sick!
Prowler
Charlotte/Acacia Ave medley
Sanctuary
Killers
Murders
Wrathchild
Purgatory
Total Eclipse
Sun and Steel
Die with Your Boots
Back in the Village
Flash of the Blade
Sea of Madness
Only the Good Die Young
No Prayer
Be Quick or Be Dead
So many great songs in this list I wish i could see live. Thank you for sharing!!
Here's my list...deep cuts,.classics, and even instrumentals:
Iron Maiden (1980)
Remember Tomorrow
Strange World
Killers (1981)
Genghis Khan
Prodigal Son
Purgatory
The Number of the Beast (1982)

Infinite Dreams
Seventh Son of a Seventh Son
No Prayer for the Dying (1990)
No Prayer for the Dying
Mother Russia
Fear of the Dark (1992)
Afraid to Shoot Strangers
such a good list! Thank you for sharing. I love the classiscs but some of these deep cut tracks are just so good!!
Doctor Doctor
Ides of March
Wrathchild
Killers
Phantom of the Opera
2 Minutes to Midnight
Run to the Hills
The Trooper
Rime of the Ancient Mariner
22 Acacia Avenue
Hallowed Be Thy Name
The Evil That Men Do
Die With Your Boots On
Fear of the Dark
Number of the Beast
Iron Maiden
Running Free
Id love to hear purgatory but another unlikely…murders in the rue morgue would be a nostalgic opener…or if they threw transylvania in the setlist..but we’ll see.
yeah id totally love to see some deep cuts but im sure its gonna be a greatest hits show! either way im excited to see a great show andthis set list slaps!!!
I hope they do their shorter songs and go for 20 bangers instead of 17. The length of the setlist will probably still be the same. In my opinion this would make it far more memorable.
yeah I would have to agree! A few songs in their current set list are long so they could be replaces by 3 or so shorter classic bangers
Yeah I would rather run to the hills and running free for phantom. Call me old school but short bangers is the way to go.
@@NicksterAdams-ym9gz Theres nothing wrong with that! Very electric songs live and the crowd can get into it too!

I hesitated to put songs like Can I Play with Madness, The Prisoner, Killers, Where Eagles Dare or Rime of the Ancient Mariner in the setlist but you can't put everything.
So many classic songs and i toally get it. They could go rarer or popular with the songs you are right! either way its going to be fantastic!
Best Maiden Album: Live After Death ❤
IT IS SO GOOD!!!
A real live tour was my first iron maiden show in Birmingham. Seeing them there, again doing similar will be epic.
So many good songs!!!! i lvoe this so much! Up The Irons and thank you for the post!! :)
They will play Tailgunner almost for sure. Sanctuary is mandatory, and will be the song that will bring Paul to the stage during the London show.

"Run to the Hills" (from The Number of the Beast, 1982)
"Hallowed Be Thy Name" (from The Number of the Beast, 1982)
"Powerslave" (from "Powerslave, 1984)
"Alexander the great" (from Somewhere in Time, 1986)
"Moonchild" (from SSOTSS, 1988)

"Fear of the Dark" (from FOTD, 1992)
"Wasted Years" (From Somewhere in Time, 1986)
"Sanctuary" (from Iron Maiden, 1980)

Very excited what they choose, I kinda like every song from that era. They have to start with Prowler and end it with Fear of the Dark obviously.
1 Prowler
2 Be Quick or Be Dead
3 Murders in the Rue Morgue
4 Killers
5 Die with Your Boots On
6 Phantom of the Opera
7 The Number of the Beast
8 Run to the Hills
9 Flash of the Blade
10 Sun and Steel
11 Seventh Son of a Seventh Son
12 Deja-Vu
13 Holy Smoke
14 Heaven Can Wait
15 Rime of the Ancient Mariner
16 Iron Maiden
ENCORE
17 Moonchild
18 Hallowed Be Thy Name
19 Wasted Years
20 Fear of the Dark
Oh yes! I love this set list :) I think its a real testament to how incredible thsi band is there are thousands of amazing set lists and songs that could be played from that era. I thought of like 30 ways they could open or close the shows lol
Great setlist! I'm really hoping they'll play almost 20 songs because many of their earlier songs are much shorter than most of the "Reunion" material
They said they're going to play some songs that will likely never be played ever again, so that means we're going to get some deep cuts
Would love to hear Moonchild, infinite dreams, still life, remember tomorrow
Up the Irons 🤘
Moonchild live was amazing! I got to see it twice and loved it as an opener to the show and encore opener!
So many great songs! Up The Irons Forever!
As my number one creator and Bassett Steve Percy Harris will put on a concert that we all will
"REMEMBER TOMORROW "
UP THE IRONS \\m/❤
oh yes!!!!!
I'm really hoping they play 2 Minutes to Midnight.
It was so huge sounding live! Id love to see it again
go to the future past tour man. anyways heres my dream (and kind of realistic?) setlist:
1.Be quick or be dead
2.Tailgunner
3.Remember tomorrow
4.Wasting Love
5.Bring your daughter… to the slaughter
6.Infinite Dreams
7.Killers
8.The Rime of the Ancient Mariner
9.The Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner
10.Fear of the dark
11.Hallowed Be Thy Name
12.Iron Maiden
13.The Trooper
14.Die with your boots on
15.Run to the Hills
i dont think they are playing more than 15 songs, they've been playing 15 for some years now.
My setlist:
(1) Be quick or be dead
(2) Infinite dreams (my favourite Iron Maiden song of all time)
(3) Public enema no 1. (It’s time for a Murray song in the setlist)
(4) Children of the damned
(5) Flight of Icarus
(6) Powerslave
(7) Killers
(8) Afraid to shoot strangers
(9) Rime of the Ancient Mariner
(10) No Prayer for the dying
(11) Phantom of the Opera
(12) Sea of Madness
(13) Iron Maiden
Encores
(14) Moonchild
(15) The Trooper
(16) Hallowed be thy Name
(17) Sanctuary
This is an awesome set list and that harmony in infinite dreams is juts unreal. so atmospheric! I always think it is so underrated. Need some Dave love for sure!
I think it would be criminal to not hear them play FOTD, not only is it a fan fav, it's also in the time span so it has to be there
@@jamieblount-leahy8621 Nope, not for me.
I would really hope for Prowler and Paschendale...
some excellent songs for sure. im thinking ifthey retire a few of these older songs from the set list any future tours they could pull out a few bangers from 2000 on
Nothing after Fear of the dark so your not getting Pachendale.
@@craigsibson6541 yeah would love to see it live some day but who knows how long they will tour
@craigsibson6541 My bad. As much as I love Paschendale, I meant Rime of the Ancient Mariner.
Songs im done with: fear of the dark, wasted years, can i play with madness. Other than that. Susprise me
im in the same boat pretty much although wasted years is one of my favs i could listen to that forever lol
Something to consider here,
Nicko has already said there are some songs he cannot play anymore, could you imagine what run to the hills would sound like without those full fills?
Cause nicko has something in his hands so he can’t keep up with the beat but if they take it a bit slow for him then it’ll make it more easy you know what I mean cause if they can take it a little bit slow for nicko then they’ll get it down perfectly I’m talking about the rime cause that’s one that I wanna see
yeah he is making it work and the band is accomodating. for sure some big limitations but good on them for doing the best they can!
@@HavoKast yeah well if they play rime then they surly gotta do something for nicko
@@HavoKast cause my dad said he has i don’t know what it’s called but it makes him not keep up with the beat i think it’s called i don’t know what it is
@@HavoKast but it happened after his stroke so yeah I don’t know
@@jacoblane2774 Yeah it came with several complications i heard so hes amazing for even keeping on the way he is
They are gonna play 'strange world'
i wish they play it i love that song so much
I'm factoring in some classics that Steve will insist they play, some deep cuts that haven't been played in ages & that might never be played ever again, & what songs Nicko can probably handle due to his stroke.
It is for sure going to be interesting and id love to see so many of these songs!
Infinite dreams,still life,killers,no prayer,please
so good and so underplayed!
if they want to play anything from no prayer then they can play 'public enema number one'...
that was my first no prayer song I really like it actually!
Please flash of the blade please drifter please another life

I want me some No pray for the dying, give me public enema number 1 and fates warning.
Both solid choices from that album!
tbh i think you missed the boat to see flight of icarus live, i think legacy is going to be the last time they will ever play it
I know I wish i got a chance to see legacy. such a great show. Life was and still has been crazy so I am doing my best to get read yfor these future tours but I missed so much lol
@@HavoKast i would like to have them prove me wrong, cause legacy was the first time it reentered the setlist since like 87 i think, and it is still a great song
1 prowler
how great would it be to open the show with the first song to ever open an album!
Woman in uniform i hope
I used to listen to this song on repeat! I gotta listen again lol
Intro tape: The Ides Of March
Murders In The Rue Morgue - not played since 2005
Wrathchild - always a good one to keep the fans going
The Trooper - another to get everyone singing
Revelations - powerful and brings the temp down a tad
Rime Of The Ancient Mariner - not played since 2009 - loads of younger fans never got to hear this epic.
Bring Your Daughter... To The Slaughter - can't see it being anything else. Bruce seems to hate it but it is a good sing along and most fans know it.
The Phantom Of The Opera - not played in over a decade and a classic
The Evil That Men do - either this or Clairvoyant
Alexander The Great - I think they'll keep this as its still pretty fresh for them
Hallowed Be Thy Name - not played since 2022 -a welcome return?
Fear Of The Dark - nuff said
Iron Maiden
The Number Of The Beast - always a good encore opener
Wasted Years - works well towards the end of the set as usual
Run To The Hills - Run for your lives...tour?!
Except that if you have gone to the shows like you claim, you would know that sometimes the Spitfire appears at the encore.....
@@mikatu yeah. It's an old prop. Retire it!
Best set is all Powerslave album +AleXander❤
We saw such a legendary run during the 80s and powerslave coming out right in the middle of it all!
84 was the greatest year for true Heavy Metal
@@madarhorsev oh it was so good for sure!
