Tengo ahora 63 años y en el 1974 tenia 13 años...Que manera de traer de vuelta esa bella época de mi vida...."La disfrute tanto " Gracias por traerla a la memoria....que deleite!!!
I’m 60 years old today, and I grew up to solid rock starting around the mid 1970s. Before the dark days of disco and MTV. I have never heard “Wall Street Shuffle” before until today, 10/14/24. I had heard “I’m Not In Love”, and “The Things We Do For Love” when those songs came out then, but not this one. I have to say 2024 has been a good year for me discovering old songs I never heard before. “Gotta Get To Know You”, and “Take It Or Leave It”, both by Foghat. And, “Soul Stripper” by AC/DC, an old Bon Scott track from their early days.
@chipsr2339 As I mentioned in my original comment, I found a lot of songs this year I never heard before. One song from Rush was a tune I haven't heard since its release in 1991. It's titled "Ghost Of A Chance", it came out right before I moved to Houston, Texas in late '91. I forgot all about that song Then I discovered "Lawyers, Guns, And Money" by Warren Zevon; never heard it before back in the '70s until around March while I was exploring. Then there was "If Heaven Could Find Me" by Ambrosia.
Gee, I was in the military, the worst bootcamp one may think about. My folks were alive and well , I had a girlfriend, a sweetheart I never ever forgot until these days. The country was upside down, a right winged dictatorship, people disapppearing, being tortured and killed down on the dungeons, a total messs. If you´re into millitary I have to say I was S2 member, if you guys know what I mean.No good uh?
