Please keep the screenshot with qr code and request number safe, you can print it or take the screenshot there and mention you couldn’t download pdf, and I’m sure you won’t have any problem, the staff at Embassy’s reception will help you to download the form. You can visit embassy little early to be on safe side. this is what was mentioned on my screenshot “Please print the form or take a screen shot of the downloaded form with barcode before going to the enrollment center” best wishes
