I bought a 1965 Lambretta 150 in 1967. He mentioned it did not have a key ignition, which was true. However, it did come with a key to lockup the steering column. Pranksters would start the motor at night and let it run even though they couldn't steal it. I paid to have an ignition key lock installed.
Love it takes me back to raking around the Antrim road on my SX150 my Da bought me for 60quid 79/80 ish and trying to start it without flooding the frigger 😁...Still riding Lambrettas..✊
