- Everything we think and do comes from either love or fear. Bill Johnson shares examples from the Israelites exodus out of Egypt of how their choice of fear led to complaining and caused them to lose sight of who God is. Complaining will always distort our view of God’s goodness and faithfulness. As the gatekeepers of our own hearts, we have the choice to live and speak from love or fear.

Read genesis chapter 1 to 11. Monday read genesis chapter 1, Tuesday read Psalms chapter 1, Wednesday read John chapter 1, Thursday read genesis chapter 2, Friday read Psalms chapter 2. Weekend off. Monday read John chapter 2, so on. Have a clean bible no markings or past thoughts on a topic. Read one chapter a day. Write down what you read in your own words. Talk to Jesus Christ about what you read for lessons learnt or encouragement. Also understand, take notice what God is saying, what people are doing and their response and consequences, so on.

See numbers chapter 21 : 4 to 9. About complaining leads to death and has consequences. It all comes to know who God is, what standards God has, and our response to this and trusting God through Jesus Christ . Life with God is journey till we meet Jesus Christ or Jesus Christ comes to take me home, all those geninue followers of Jesus Christ.

I‘m on my journey to complain less. I am a chronic complainer and i realised that i drag people down. I don‘t want to be this person anymore and this week i realy started to work on myself, my flaws, my anxiety and problems. I hope you can too❤

I was praying the lord help make me like him. Still the goal but lord help shape me into a man of God like Pastor Bill and we can go from there.

I mean, I PRAISE GOD there ARE (still) "Anointed ministers" alive & ministering upon this planet --- though they're rare-ish. Pastor Bill Johnson's teachings ARE so enlightening, reasonable, Scripture-filled, MIGHT not make TOTAL sense to an unsaved person, but make TONS of sense! His words/teachings are truly like the "fresh breath of the Holy Spirit wind" -- with "love, power, & soundness of mind"!

“A man shall be satisfied with good by the fruit of his mouth, And the doings of a man's hands shall be rendered unto him.”
Read from there down to see the context Bill is establishing to support the “decree” statement to which you refer. Like you, I want to make sure there is scriptural support for biblical teaching. I hope that is helpful.
