That's never going to work. Put your butt as far forward as possible, hunch your back, roll your hips up like you're trying to put your nuts on the gas cap. Don't lean with the bike, stay on top of it. Start pushing it down before you roll of the gas. When you do roll off, caress the rear brake pedal, apply front brake as needed. If the rear wheel hops, it's because you didn't push it down before you rolled off. Fix the hopping by disengaging the clutch the tiniest bit. If you do it right, the back steps out, and then at the end of the slide, the wheels come back in line. Your goal is for that return to in line to happen when you are pointing in the right direction to accelerate down the next straight.

Just go a little faster to over speed the grip and backing in is so much smoother.
Guess I've got to just got to trust the tyres a bit more, scary feeling letting it slip while you're coming in hot!
