If you've had massages in the past, you can put on headphones at nite in bed and listen to this. You feel like you're being massaged again. It is sooo relaxing. I've slept like a baby for the last 3-4 nights. (BTW this woman is gorgeous!!) 😁✌

Sorry, but the face isn`t supposed to be massaged in a downward motion, but always going up, unless you wanna drag the skin even more and help gravity do its job.
