They really warmed up to each other at the end, this was super fun to watch
Summit did surprisingly well for playing blind to all the strats. Literally zero game knowledge going in. Jay carried super often, but overall Summit held his own in combat better than expected.
He has played before.

he doesn't know teamcomps, what the cheese is for different strats amongst other things, that's what he means by going in blind to all the "strats".

"Literally zero game knowledge going in." also suggests he didn't know that summit has already played the game. Going into any game with 20-30 hours is significantly easier than 0 hours.

I think the magic lock spell might just be BIS for this double-cleric meta in trios. Play 2 cleric wizard comp, then have one of your clerics invis-rat by the door. Now you hold magic lock and have your rat-cleric close on them, then you magic-lock to block 1 or 2 of the enemies out for the whole fight. Simple as!

i dont think you should try to gatekeep them from trying out dungeonborne, at the end of the day its just another game with a similar concept to dark and darker, i respect both games, and i think other people should too, its just good competition to keep ironmace in check, and if IM keeps not fixing their balance problems and keeps missing (promised) deadlines, then dungeonborne will eventually take over. simple.

I feel like the first playtest of Dungeonborne was a lot better. This most recent one was total ass. I mean neither were very good but still.
