Have you thought about this how to speak practical foreign language tutorial known as Rocelangue Method? I have heard many unbelivable things about it.
That would mean re-recording this slowly, and I have kind of a problem with playing things at a different speed or in a different order, so I doubt I could do it. Sorry man
