Sir my doubt is about obc based on 3 financial years we have to take non Creamy layer certificate it means based on 3 fanacial year's we will take one non Creamy certificate or for each year we need to take separate non creamy certificate ( if separately 3 non creamy if taken how can we upload while applying 3 separate non Creamy certificate numbers)
OBC candidates applying for CMSE, 2023 must produce OBC (Non-Creamy
Lay) Certificate based on the income of the Financial Year (FY) 2020-2021, 2021-
2022, and 2022-2023 and issued on/after 01.04.2023 (after the completion of FY
2022-2023) but not later than the closing date of the application for Combined
Medical Services Examination, 2023 i.e. 09th May, 2023.

No
Yes.. you can apply for the exam, even you can give the exam.
There is no problem.
In case you pass the exam then you need to submit your passing certificate in future or you will be not eligible for interview and further document verification .
