The trucks are liable to deliver the product through their dip. The difference coming in the tank may be due to the little problem in underground calibration chart. This can be checked with level to level marking of underground tank.

After calculation from nozzle sales we got to know that we sold 55 litres less. Also sir, someone suggested us to order big trucks (untill now we place intend of 12kl) of 20kl+ intend. Does it make a difference?
The process adopted by you is perfect. The loss of 55 liters can happen by other means or minor error in the reading. I will try to make a video on this subject as many dealer have issue on this aspect. With regards to higher order quantity, I must inform you that it is not going to help in case of HSD but it will help in case of MS. The basic for MS is to keep the tank almost full to reduce the empty space because more the empty space then more is the evaporation loss.

The dip of all the 5 chambers (5xp+5xp+4hsd+4hsd+4hsd) was above the cut, half to 1 inch above the cut. Now as per our tank dip shortage was 167lts in HSD and 135lts in Xp and driver denied for opening of the chamber saying his packing will get spoilt. Maximum shortage was in chamber 1 and chamber 3. What to do in such situations?
The freight of tank truck is ranging between Rs 1.70 - 2.10 KLKM. Suppose you have 20 kl tanker and making a trip to RO having distance of 100 kms then RTKM will be 200 (to and fro distance) x 20 = 4000 RTKM. with 1.7 RTKM rate the freight will be 6800 INR. so basis that you can calculate. The freight for any terminal depends purely on running of trucks.
It depends on number of retail outlet attached to that depot......But in general you can consider around 80-100 truck in Depot and around 120-200 truck in Terminal.

Sir dome cover ko lock karne k liye tala lagta hain uska height Kitna hoga?
There is fix height but after locking the dome cover there should not be much play.
