Except sleeping time, use tight underwear like 'langot' wrestlers using it. Observe in old days or old man's always use langot. Their drilling machine was more strong than today's male. There are some underwear like sports wear, or try to use harniya belt, which is like langot.
See in nature only men's penny is outside the body. Adiwasi aslo use tight langot. Use it for 2-3 months and see the difference.
One more thing take 6-8 hrs sleep between sunset & sunrise.
If you're body not absorbing nutrition then take enzymes & probiotics for few weeks. Eat rice & curd weekly once in breakfast. Avoid sugary drinks including tea & coffee.
