It was really helpful. I am a self learner. I am trying to learn through various resources, and this tutorial is very detailed. May Allah reward you for your effort. Thanks for sharing. Jazak'Allah khair
Thank you so much dear ustaad for sharing such a beautiful courses of Calligraphy . Nowadays I'm doing work on Al wisaam script after that in sha Allah I'll start thuluth script and then share my work with you in sha Allah.
@amw60 Could I ask, to start as a complete beginner in calligraphy, is it okay to start with the Thuluth script? I can write in Arabic from when I studied Arabic grammar, but with messy hand writing lol Jzk
@@adeelm9028 I'd advise against it. We learn complex tasks by perfecting simple ones first. Patience is essential therefore start with simple scripts and build your way up. That being said, there's nothing preventing you from looking into Thuluth to keep yourself hooked.
@amw60 Okay, I will start somewhere simple. When I start the thuluth script, it will be an exciting milestone inshaAllah. Thanks for the quick response, I appreciate your advice. Jzk
@@amw60 btw, I live in USA and struggling to find the proper paper for caligraphy. I tried using smooth bristol but it is still not it. Is there any paper u would recommend? Any idea where i can find it? Thank you Ustad.

وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته. Yes, it has more shapes and the letters are bigger. They look similar when you see them for the first time but once you learn them they are very different.
