    Love this topic! Thanks! Around here in northeast Kansas, northern Missouri, it's about $5k/AC. Some higher depending on soil. Sales of farmland don't seem to be slowing down, either. Lot of it sold by auction.

    Oof. I'm in Kentucky. I have been looking at farmland and it's rare to find something listed for less than 10k an acre.
