Moreover, 8.25cr, already an overrated price, for this kind of house left by all the other buyers, made in a sloppy terrain is not a good investment. Sellers and daley these days demand unnecessarily overrated price as if people would run to them to seal the deal as early as possible. People now a days are not fool as you think. Respect customers in order to get respect in return. Investing in properties worth not more than 3-4cr is the best strategy rather than pouring double the amount in this type whore house where everything is isolated from each other.
