Captain Eggcellent Have u seen the bo4 teaser?
???
You havent posted the thing about the link for the cat
I subbed years ago
The funniest thing in bioshock 2 is seeing that one splicer getting chased by the floating plasmid bottle hands down.
Duke Hazzerd2 this is late but that one bit had me dying lol
I just stared, contemplated what I just witnessed, and started cackling 😂👌
Totally agree i was playing sooo serious and then when I saw that I couldn't hold my super loud laugh🤣🤣
Too bad it's pretty to miss depending on what direction you're looking when you teleport.
I came here because I encountered a big daddy whilst letting down my little sister to harvest a dead splicer and he just walked up to me and acted like he wanted to fist bump me
This is probably the best comment ever
Just another working man respecting your devotion to the job
dankdamundi if that isn’t the damndest wholesome thought I’ve ever saw, idk what is. Gives it a whole “bring your daughter to work day” scenario
Imagine of you could interact with the other big daddies in Bioshock 2
Sometimes when letting your Little Sister gather, other Big Daddies and their Little Sisters will wait at the corpse waiting for you to finish. It's actually pretty annoying since you're trying not to shoot the Big Daddy while fending off Splicers, one wrong move and you might as well load a save.
There's one you're missing from the Minerva's den dlc, in the thinker's control room there's a thing on the wall that says "there's always a lighthouse"
It was probably added post launch with the remaster but pretty cool
It was there when I played on ps3?
I think it’s only on the remaster
THERE'S ALWAYS A GODDMAN T-lighthouse
Missing Jack's hands as a painting
The whole teleportation sequence feels like a reference to the first Half Life, when you get snapped through several dimensions and spend 2-3 seconds in each one.
2nd to
I remember playing this and finding mark meltzer as one of the big daddies that I killed, truly sad after hearing his audio diaries😪
I'm still thinking that Delta is Meltzer. They both have found rapture by themselves. The protectors project is very old and the fact that Meltzer's pic is colored... make me think that you rembember something
@@senatorocelot577 no, in a part of dyonisius park you can hear meltzer speaking: no, she's os my little girl, In addition to that you find his audio enlisting in the protective program on the body of a rumbler
@@TheThingBehind
And Stanley tells Delta's story there , too.
Bioshock 2 is the best in the series and I'm tired of pretending like it's not
Agreed lol
Thank you, it was truly not appreciated during its time.
This easter egg confirms that the good ending is the canon ending!!
I Dont know if this is supposed to happen, but when you teleport to "?" using the teleport plasimid, if you have summoned turrets using the security command 2, when you interact with the plasmid and your drones are touching a stone statue, the statue will ragdoll.
There is no such thing as a teleport plasmid
is it???
@@pardo6370 Theres the unstable teleport plasmid in Fontaine’s office, but you can’t actually teleport with it, it just moves the plasmid bottle to another location when you interact with it
One of the devs said there's one more that no one has found in Pauper's Drop. Upon completing the level, if the player returns to the beginning and traverses the level again in a specific way, they'll hear 2 guys on a clarinet and a saxophone goofing off. Since it's been years and no one has ever found it, he said that he no longer remembers the exact triggers or if it's still in the game anymore.
Damn we need a video now……
2:45 this could be the reference to bioshock 1 when you are in arcadia and when you enter laboratory and Andrew gasses the scientist inside but she writes the code on glass backwards
Weeelll noooo
I think it is too
Also Gaith Gaming, have you playayed BioShock 1
The code is in reference to farheight 451. But it being backwards could totally be a refernce to that
No, that’s unrelated. The code was actually in bioshock 1 in the medical pavilion, and it unlocked a closet that had supplies in it.
2:55 *sees dead body fall out*
*proceeds to give its' entire face an unnecessary dentist appointment*
6:30 was the splicer being chased by the unstable teliportation plasmid?
Haden Goforth yes he was scared of a plasmid
I find that funny honestly
@@AlphaTheBird i found it hilarious
@@dukehazzerd2600 yes.
First one splicer was startled by the plasmid and (possibly) Delta
Second was a corpse and a code
Third That same splicer, except he is running from the plasmid screaming
Fourth sends you to the ocean
Fifth and final sends you to ? With a gene tonic
I don't know why, but my brain thinks it's a 28 days later reference, since near the end of the film there's a scene similar to that, but the splicer is a soldier, and the plasmid is an infected. But it's probably just me
I just finished my first playthrough of this on my PS3. Good ending, no vita chamber. Next is HARD with drill only :)
You definitely got them Big Brass Balls! How did it go?
8:30 -like a boss
I'd also like to note the amount of paintings and murals dedicated to Jack's journey in Bioshock 1
In the final level of the Minerva's Den DLC theres a drop down spot in the tunnels spot were you can use Telekinesis to pick up a cat named "Turing" after the mathematician
There are also Babbage and Schrödinger 😺
There's also two other cats with names like that. One in Porter's office behind a bunch of television things, and another in the locked office in the second level under the desk. (The room where you have to buy the key from the vending machine)
I love that you talk about old games like this. Keep up the good work.👍
3:26 did they forget that the tail crashed into the glass bridge in the bigining of bioshock 1....
True, but 2 takes place a decade after the first game, so I would imagine that bridge is now completely destroyed. Although it still doesn’t completely make sense considering that according to the map of rapture in Burial at Sea, the Adonis Resort is a considerable distance away from the Welcome Center
@SuperMarioFan 3001 yeah, you can see a picture of the Adonis in Atlas’s lair in the Manta Ray Lounge on the map of Rapture. I believe delta might also be referenced slightly in one of suchong’s audio diaries or something.
It's been like 10 years. The tail either fell off or the bridge fell apart.
@@MisterJohnDoeNot necessarily
God, I remember getting this game when I was 9 or 10. This game horrified me
My aunt had this game and I loved it and was terrifying
I played it so much as a kid on xbox at least 3 times. Visually it was so amazing I loved it. I've probably beaten the first one at least 5 or 6 times now
I was 18 when the first one came out 💀
1. The first time you find a Little Sister vent in the room you start the game in, you can see orange glowing eyes staring at you from within. This is a reference to the first game where you can see the same thing the first time you find a vent. This also may be the same Little Sister that activated the Vita-Chamber that resurrects Subject Delta.
2. The same room you start in, you can hear a Little Sister singing a poem about "The house of upside down", and there's a few times in the game you can see drawings of something like this. This is foreshadowing Persephone, which is supposed to look like an upside down building when looking at it from the outside. I believe the first time you see a Little Sister in Pauper's Drop she's also singing the poem.
3. There's also the photo of a woman next to the shotgun location in Pauper's Drop, but I don't remember the story behind this.
And that's all I remember.
Huh so the game ends in an area that’s similar looking to an upside down lighthouse… fascinating
The golf club kinda bugged me because when you pick it up and inspect it you can see it’s still a wood club but in the first one it had that bamboo shot on the shaft of the club. The second one didnt. Little shit drives me crazy lol
Still play this to this day love bioshock 2
Same
Bioshock 2 is the best bioshock in my opinion
Balder Knight same here
One thing I found funny was when you fight a big sister, random splicers will appear so she can use them to heal herself. I swear I heard once she started to suck the life out of a splicer: "I'm just the new guy" Others splicers would yell "what's going on", totally unaware they are big sister's lunch.
The teleport plasmids was in the first, it was in the fishermen's area under the place where you can only fight with your plasmids.
Can u actually use it though?
Bioshock 2 is my favorite game
It's amazing
The gameplay is better than BioShock 1. The story is less good (IMO). The DLC is amazing tho
Viktor von DOOM bioshock 1 is my favorite one
i followed the unstable tonic and it brought me to this creepy place with a bunch of flashing images
I use the insect swarm alot i heard that reference
Eggecellent i saw a detail in borderlands 2 when you wait in the title screen it rotates the map around pretty cool right
Also in Minerva's den the cats are named after mathemetitions
Does anything happen if you spare Gil or stanley like you do grace?
The statues you find , where you take control of the little sister to find the big sister suit ,will be different depending on how you dealt with each of those 3 characters.
And I think if you choose the bad choice for 2 of the 3 characters , Eleanor lets Sofia drown instead of giving her the oxygen mask.
Glad to see another Erik spelt with a k
Fun little reference that the teleport plasmid was not included in the original cause it wasn't working, only to we find out in the second game that the plasmid it's still unstable.
They mentioned that in the video .-.
But i get achievement "look at you hacker" the reference of system shock 2
i just bought bioshock collection
Hello
Bioshock infinite next?
Or wrapping up?
pybos/gumple yep! Hopefully next weekend!
Is that the good ending soundtrack for bioshock 2
The ocean on his shoulders is the name of the song, I think?-
Interesting. I've never heard anyone say Bioshock 2 is their favorite.
It's mine , among the 3 games.
The additions to plasmids make the gameplay more fun throughout the game , where in BioShock the Escort mission just felt out of place and having the least enjoyable part of the game so close to the end bumps 2 over 1.
Was bored with Infinite , only finished it to Plat it , and will probably only go back and play it on easy mode when I'm bored.
While I continue to replay the 1st two games on their hardest modes , and challenge myself by not picking up all the weapons or limiting myself in some other way.
@@robertmurdock1848 yeah I have all the trophies/achievements for all 3 but I would have to say I like 1 and infinite the best but to each his own
Awesome video♥️👍
Poor cat
Hello..not saying it because you said would you kindly
As Subject Delta I confirm this video
Jack went up to surface not sure if its canon
I hate alarms.
Well.....jack became famous for being a...slave
can you get to the room at 6:36?
Yes. You can find the stairs going up after you fall down the hole with the dead Alpha Series. You can even find an ADAM slug up there.
Fellas I’m confused was the plane crash real in the first game
He was "would you kindley'd" into hijacking the plane... Jack is the one that crashed his plane, leading him into rapture...
Your personal favourite, huh? My condolences
Well, its nowhere near as bad as its made out to be and prefer the setting of Rapture to Columbia any day of the week. Its close between the original and this one.
@@CaptainEggcellent weird, I beat b2 and infinite last week and also beat b1 for like third time. While infinite is terrible, b2 felt totally average to me compared to b1. I wanted to have more rapture after boring non immersive columbia, so I had to see what b2 had to offer. And well everything felt weaker after b1 - plot, gameplay (for example, it's not fun to have 6 "defend little sister" instead of 3 "eliminate big daddy and push one button"), level design, audio logs, even the feeling of being in underwater city - 80% of the time it feels like it could be any place in the world when b1 levels constantly reminded you where you are. B2 is imho better than dumpster fire that is infinite but it doesn't come close to original's brilliance. Well to each his own I suppose. I do agree that b2 is not as bad as people say
@@AydarBMSTU Bioshock 2 was my favourite as well, especially with the consistent opposite storyline to Bioshock 1 (Bioshock 1= a free man who turned out to be a slave, Bioshock 2= a former slave who is has finally become a free man) its all opinion of course, but i loved Bioshock 2's level design over the first game's (B2's creative director was the man who created Fort Frolic in B1, one of my favourite levels), i also prefer B2's combat mechanics, and of course the quicker hacking tool.
while someone might think Bioshock 2's story is weaker then the first, i do highly recommend checking out Bioshock 2's DLC "Minerva's Den", as i personally believe that the DLC's story rival's Bioshock 1's story, it's great.
Where are those chairs hanging from the ceiling? I’ve played through Bioshock 2, the best Bioshock, several times and I don’t remember those at all!
Throughout my hundreds of times beating the game and never seen those
It's at the Inner Persefonne level, I guess
Where?
i know one more g tha died from a golf club.
I hope in bioshock 4 we go back to rapture
I've heard in BioShock 4 it supposed to be underground
Wait there pal, we still need Bioshock 3
@@fabiospasiano9885 bioshock infinite is bioshock 3
@@fabiospasiano9885 its like rocky balboa, it wouldeve been better as rocky vi but it is what it is
1. Bioshock 3 you mean?
2. According to the wiki, it might not take place in Rapture.
But I thought BioShock 2 took place before the first one? If so how could the tail of the plane be a reference to the first one if it hasn’t happened yet?
It takes place after the first one. Thats why Rapture is such a mess.
Captain Eggcellent gotcha, thank you for responding! I always thought the second one took place before the first one!
It takes place 8 years after
Great video but at the very beginning of the game when you first go under water theres a audio diary in a sunken bathasphere thats was also an easter egg that you didnt include i actually just found it yesterday because i purchased the bioshock collection because its one of my favorite games. I wont spoil it for you but its a cool audio diary i thought should of been included in this video
The insect swarm plasmid on your fingers is disgusting to me
Unlike it better than the one from Bioshock 1. In 1, your hand was just costed in disgusting hives while in 2 your hand just looks like a big honeycomb.
hello
Would you kindly
They missed a great chance to easter egg during the unstable teleport plasmid. Since you are a big daddy you should of teleported to the moon. Like in Portal.
Portal 2 hadn't come out when Bioshock 2 came out.
Ah. My mistake.
Bioshock 2 is my least favorite because of the constant crashing
HELLO
Hello.
0:50 ''She knows the way '' graffiti on the wall
Uganda Knuckles easter egg/
Shit... i missed that one.
Bioshock 2 is an old game,
AND the Uganda knuckles is a recent meme.
How can we tell it's actually ment to be an easter egg based on Uganda knuckles?
Is it a new added easter egg?
I was kidding lol. It has nothing to do with the game
They probably added it new to the game, They recently had a small update that was couple of MB'S
I think as a BIOSHOCK player you aren't that experienced with the recent update that randomly happend
I noticed the small update aswell,
Probably a sneaky update to a '' old game '' i'm PRETTY sure that '' She knows the way '' wasn't there xd
So nobody gonna say anithing about Ariel the mermaid being painted on sinclair's ship
I think Schrödinger's Cat and "Not the bees!" are the only actual Easter Eggs.
Incorrect.

Hello...
I am
Can someone explain the whole bioshock games stories I didn’t get them
I can try, but it'd take a while lol.
I can if you want. Replie me I will tell you either in details or in short
Bioshock: you play the role of Andrew Ryan’s Son who crash landed near Rapture until he ( Jack ) gets ‘help’ from Atlas.
Bioshock 2: you play a Big Daddy who lost their Little sister but gets revived by Eleonor Lamb ( your former Little Sister ) when Sofia ( the antagonist of the game ) sets a Bounty on you
Bioshock infinite: it’s confusing
Daddy issues
Subject Delta Δ bioshock infinite was a waste of time
Tried to get big brass balls lost by 1 death
Would you kindly like the video?
why is the music always sad 😟
bioshock 2 was better, bioshock 1 had tedious/boring gameplay at times.
The Escort Mission at the end of BioShock was the least enjoyable part, but I enjoyed the rest of it.
Sure, I really did not enjoy the bullet sponge Leadhead Splicers in late game.
@@robertmurdock1848I love how Bioshock 2 is heavily inspired by that one level. They took the worst part of Bioshock 1, made a whole game focused around that one section, and somehow managed to make it not just good, but maybe even a little better than the first.
I remember clearing this game in under half an hour
Still the best of the series
Didn't the first game happen 2 years after the second?
The second game takes place 10 years after the first
@@dazanii thank you I blanked out and I remember that yesterday,I haven't played the game sense probably 2016
@@delta1639 totally understandable, something I myself would do, but I am playing it now so it’s fresh in my mind still.
Dosen't it st start in 1958 and then 10 years years later after?
At the time being I'm playing the first one
why tf does the remaster look so much worse than the originals , i dont get it
Half if these "eastereggs" arent even "easter eggs"
that wicker man reference shows that someone doesnt have good taste in movies
Wy not talk
At the ending of the game there 2 little mermaid graffiti
Y so recent
