Dumpling Salad 🥟 🥗

DUMPLING SALAD! Turn frozen dumplings into a fresh, healthy meal. Ready in 5 MIN!🥟✨FULL RECIPE BELOW
I added mini peppers and cucumbers, but any veggies or even a bagged coleslaw mix would be great. Toss everything in an easy chili crisp vinaigrette. This was such a fun, easy recipe and I loved the warm dumplings with the cool, crunchy veggies.
YOU’LL NEED
- 1 (16-ounce) bag mini peppers, thinly sliced
- 2 thinly sliced mini cucumbers
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro, basil, mint, or a combo
- 1 lb frozen potsticker dumplings (not thawed-I used pork and veggie)
- Sesame seeds
For the Dressing
- 3 T chile crisp/chili oil
- 2 T rice vinegar
- 1 T soy sauce, plus more to taste
- 2 teaspoons minced or grated fresh ginger
- 1 garlic clove, minced or grated
Pan fry the dumplings according to package instructions. Mix up the dressing. Toss everything together and garnish with sesame seeds. DEVOUR!
