I actually applied just by the information I got in the university website. Later before coming here I joined the group. It's really simple to apply and once u get the offer letter every information will be provided by University and UDI. I did it that way. Thanks.

No, you have to pay the full amount. I think you know that SSN will give ur money back to you after you come in Norway.
