This is an absolutely amazing truck camper! I don’t think I’ve ever seen one that was this spacious on the inside with a full shower, toilet, and bathroom. Not only do you have a large dinette area but you also have a living room area with a pretty nice sized couch. This truck camper is much more spacious and comfortable looking than some full sized RV’s. Im sure the price tag on one of these is pretty expensive but in all reality it looks to be well worth it. I think I’d much rather own a truck camper like this one than pulling a trailer.
IM GETTING THE YUKON WHICH is the mammoth reversed, but after 11 months almost every night learning EVERYTHING I had no idea of the tray being close to the hoses, wires, inverter converter, I will place something along there plastic wall with holes my shit is gonna get snagged u will have to crawl up in there & un-snag I can't believe I didn't think of that the tray is 1 of the selling points I LOVED! Really was impressed with THE ENTIRE HoST LINE-UP. Lance now does the tray but Host is so well laid out overall, no question what to buy. I CANT WAIT. PS. King with 2 ns, no wardrobe, or a window on both sides w/queen 2 ns, or queen with long wardrobe 1 window, I'Z GOT 2 HAVE BOTH THEM THERE WINDOWS! Im placing a twin Nectar adjustable with 1 nightstand & nice twin foam next 2 it for the little lady well u know she gonna want the adjustable so I guess im sleep'n on the lower foam
Nice job on this tour. Ive watched a ton of these just for fun. My wife and I live full time in a 40 foot pusher. You did a really nice concise job on this
@@brandonhull6629 Hi, Brandon. A dry bath means the toilet is separate from the shower and dry when you go to use it. A wet bath is when the toilet is next to shower and gets wet when showering.😉
Thanks for taking the time to show us around. Very thorough. I can see the location of the refrigerator away from the kitchen area being a problem for us.
They do that to balance the weight, but yes, they could have swapped the bathroom and fridge... but who knows, with pipes and electric lines that could open a whole other can of worms 🤔.. its a pretty awesome camper all around though. I would LOVE to have it!!! Home sweet home 🏡❤❤
The first thing i thought when i saw those holes on the steps was how bad it could be for a dog. Their nails bleed like crazy! That camper is bonkers awesome btw!!!
I can’t believe that fits in the back of a truck!! That’s a studio apartment!! It amazes me what they can make nowadays!! Wish you health, happiness and safe travels! ❤️💜💚

Just wow, I'm in love with it. Im 6'3 also and it looks spacious enough. Great review and video tho nice and ri the point. Had one almost 20 years ago I tried to put on a dodge d150 lol! Didn't work out great but I was a kid too. Thanks for the video though and happy trails!
AND less than a third of the cost! New York is getting pretty bad and from one RUclipsr's videos, it looks like they're fleeing Mario Cumdump's rat nest in DROVES - entire sections of some streets are empty with boarded up businesses and apartments. It's sad to see a once great city being driven right into the ground.
Great walk thru thank you. I've seen other Host walk thru's and I have to agree that these are really top notch truck campers. They have everything a person needs and they're great for driving it thru the State Parks with no driving or parking issues. I just have to figure out what make of dually truck(diesel) would be the most reliable.
Great video! Beautiful rig and nice, roomy layout. Good tip about step carpet for the puppies. There is one additional option you have yet to acquire. A bark collar to teach the little guy the golden beauty of silence.
Think you’re doing a good job so keep up the good work. I’m just getting into going full time camping since I just retired so I’ve been watching all types of RUclips videos to learn and so far I believe the HOST Truck camper is the best I’ve seen and would be happy to travel the country in a Host truck camper. I love th separate bedroom and large fridge. ❤❤❤
Awesome rig I really like the Host campers. We got out of a lance and now in an imagine. I would really like to get a host for for the ease of transport. Looking forward to seeing your truck setup.
So amazing what you can fit in the back of a pickup truck. The biggest drawback though is the camper is unusable with the slide outs in. But it is what it is.
Nice setup. If I were your size, or shorter, I could live with that camper 24/7 as long as it takes to squirrel away a good stash for a nice sized home. Unfortunately, at 6'6", it seems that I'm on the wrong side of _"comfortable"_ with that beauty. Man, if only... 😋
The room is unreal! Hard to believe they can fit all that into a truck camper! Great walk through. The bald guy in your last fishing video is amazing. Who cares if he drinks the Claws on occasion.
I’d love to see how all of the shore power and water hookup while the camper is on the truck. Are you able to hook up everything such as water, electric, cable, etc, etc… to the camper while it is still on the truck?
Enjoyed the video. No fluff and useless details that make the video 30 minutes long. The barking dog was driving our cats nuts, so had to turn you WAY down. 😂 Well done.
As far as the Step Covers just go to any skate shop and get skate board grip tape put on the steps. Works really well to cover the holes and the make them non slip
Can you open the frig with the slide in? Can you get in it with the rear slide in? How do you get your spare ire down on the truck? Can you tow a boat or jeep still?
Thank you for this video. I can tell you are an old-school good southern man. I’m sure like you said earlier in the video, one must have a Dually and I would say may it probably should be an F550 ( Or Equivalent ) is that what you have? Also, I’m gonna spend about a back breaking $90,000 in buying a used F550 truck and this type of camper; now that you’ve had it for a while, is there anything that shorted out or became a pain in the butt as far as electrical or plumbing, or anything feature bunk out?
So far we are happy with the setup. We have not gotten to use it as much as we had this year but we have not had issues as of yet. Only thing we are changing is our truck. Our 350, gas, dually handled it just fine but when it came down to actual numbers of what the truck was rated for we were just shy of where we needed to be so we are heading to a 550 like you mentioned.

That is without a doubt the nicest camper I've ever seen, do you plan on hanging a television in the bedroom ?
