I love to use them but, my boyfriend hates the smell and I’m not crazy about it either. Any of the tanning products o have used that say “lavender” or some other smell, always have that self-tan smell still.

Literally whenever I haven’t done tan in a while, I watch this before doing my tan. Following it makes my fake tan look soooo good and that’s saying a lot because for years I thought I couldn’t self tan with psoriasis!

rgolstani I have done it before using loving tan a long long time ago and though I wouldn’t say it was messed up there were parts that came out splotchy 😂 I guess I wasn’t skilled enough so haven’t tried again since

I'm a "professional"/long time self-tanner, but sometimes I like to look at others videos to see if there are any tricks I haven't thought of. Most videos are all the same, but you share really, really great tips. Also, when you said you had psoriasis on your face, my jaw dropped bc the entire time I was admiring how beautiful and glowing your skin is! :)

So glad you posted this video!! I usually use the tanning bed at the gym because I am super on the fence about self tanner. I’ve heard so many horror stories 😅 and I am always so curious as to how you apply it to the areas you can’t reach on the back and just the entire process. You cleared it up so much, so thank you! A trick I learned by trial and error for the hands and feet is a makeup brush. I brush in circles top of my hands and feet, wrists and side of feet to help blend the tan and not have that color crease. 😊
I saw someone use a makeup brush to put their tanner on their face and ankles I was literally blown away like how did I not think of that

I have never ever watched a more informative video on how to apply self tanner! And I couldn’t be more thankful because I am super pale, and it’s been so long since I used self tanner and I wasn’t the best at it years ago! Lol And 90% of the videos that I have watched have said loving tan is the best. I definitely do want to find one that wears off nicely though!

Thanks for the tips! Besides 5-30 minutes of sun exposure a few times a week without sunscreen in the summer for the vitamin D, I’m not trying to lay out for hours and damage my skin. 💙

Hey Whit. Wondering if you could do a video (or maybe just tell me), on how you keep your pits and bikini area so clear and light. They look perfect! I've heard that skin darkening in those areas can be an issue for darker skin tones, but wanted to ask on the off-chance it's not and you're dealing with it too but taking care of it. Thanks gf!

Emily V Waxing is a blessing!! Try getting a wax but make sure you use a exfoliating body scrub and apply it down there the day before your waxing appointment! Then after your wax (when the redness disappears) make sure you use the exfoliated scrub to prevent ingrown hairs!
