I heard so many issues of the tournament even mutiple participants saying they experienced bullying from other teams and refs. Obvious favortism from refs. It's honestly sad that many things caused the tournament to have a bad image. I agree with all points you made. I also heard that minors who were participant's were made uncomfortable. The ss that pearl was talking about was sent by a minor who was uncomfortable with it and felt unsafe. I felt like it was just rush and so many problems add up to it. Im happy that you of all people talk about it because some of these things were serious. So many videos were made about the situation and yeah. I hope the next time people decide to do a tournament that they can learn from this experience and have better time management for the tournament. And look into how it can be for everyone schedules and actually get good staffs who are willing to handle the situation better instead of how the people in the ss handle it. Im sure other staff handles it better. And i agree that they dont deserve to be hardcore hate but held accountable for the things they said and understand they were wrong. I understand they were frustrated. But yeah i agree we should be thankful to most who did stay up and took time out of their day to do this. 😭😭I knew you would probably talk about it and im glad you did! I know you're a real one. I know its just the bare minimum but again its nice to see someone understands and see from everyone's pov. The reason why na eu Server can't have anything nice or become better and being taken srsly is bc they turn on themselves the first opportunity they got.
Player-hosted tournaments on the NAEU server of Identity V have a reputation for being chaotic and poorly managed.. (which they are tbf) which has led to serious issues within the community. A lack of consistent rules and proper planning often results in disputes, and even bullying from one team to another, creating a toxic environment that discourages fair competition, eg the whole sus & zero mini-controversy There’s also a significant gap in professionalism compared to tournaments in regions like Asia or the CN server, where events are run with discipline and attention to detail, they don’t got shit like here 😭.. On top of that, I’m so SO disappointed that a lack of proper vetting for participants has led to some extremely serious problems, including where ex-players of this tourny with predatory behaviour/allegations have been allowed to join, (I don’t blame Perswayable for this AT ALL, he might’ve been unaware) This is unacceptable. Tournament organizers need to take these events more seriously by ensuring thorough behind-the-scenes planning, enforcing **clear rules** , and conducting background checks on players to maintain a safe and fair environment. imo, the NAEU competitive space needs a restart, because it’s built on toxicity, we cannot ignore that. But this tourny was so messy because of improper planning, allowing WAY too many teams to participate, being under-staffed and fights breaking out 24/7 between the teams. 😭
